Custom Electronics is an absolutely great place to shop for your equipment. Todd answered lots of my questions today. I will definitely be going back!
I would not recommend Custom Electronics. We paid for them to spec out a new TV, speaker system and receiver. They installed the Integra Receiver (which they recommended ) and did not set up the WiFi to auto update the firmware. This led to an issue that required them to come back to address the issue. They charged us another $90 to set up what should have been set up on the initial install.Very poor customer service!
I purchase audio gear infrequently these days, but Custom Electronics is always my go to resource. Tim was invaluable helping me reconstruct my system some years back, and remains my first point of contact to understand changes and impacts as the industry evolves. When my kids got a little carried away and smoked a tweeter in my primary speakers, the service was thoughtful and attentive.Creating a satisfying music reproduction system requires foundational knowledge in acoustics, physics, electrical principles and an understanding of and appreciation for music. These folks bring the disciplines together to create quality systems and enjoyable experiences.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. The guys at this shop know the product inside and out and are able to break it down so it is easy to understand. But they will feel out and get technical with you if thats your jam.
Went the extra distance to find the parts needed to fix my definitive technology tower

Amazing showroom! Great staff love this place
Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Great business
Brought my Yamaha CD recorder in to get repaired. Bad hard drive. Almost impossible to fix. Cant do anything? Yup Are you sure? Yup. No one interested in consulting Yamaha manual. Didnt bother to look at HDD. Went to Millard Electronics, where they replaced my bad Seagate Barracuda with a new Seagate Barracuda. Duh. No-brainer. Salesman Tim was friendly when selling things, but belligerent when theres a problem. Sad.
