0 stars. A woman claiming to be the owner hovered over us like a hawk all worried that my 4 year old daughter was going to touch something. Really lady? Dont want kids touching stuff in a stuffed animal shop? Maybe you should get out of this line of business. With customer service skills like that, the going out of business part of that should take care of itself.
