I am rather disappointed in the service. Stranded with a broken down Mercedes, I was blown away to be told first by the first tow truck driver dispatched after waiting over an hour that they would have to send another truck to tow my car as he couldnt find anything to hook onto under my vehicle.Second: to then be told by a member services rep that they couldnt tow my vehicle because the destination I requested wasnt a shop. Huh??? What if the customer (me) is the mechanic and I was asking to have it taken to the place that I repair cars at??No? Alright then, I will remember that when asked for a recommendation or opinion on a roadside assistance referral/insurance company. Unacceptable if you ask me!! I have never once been told that. Ever!! I am cancelling my membership after being let down when I needed the assistance most in an emergency situation. Just lucky It was just me and that I didnt have my 8yo daughter with me.

They were prompt efficient polite And got the job done quickly directions relieved Really made me feel confident that I made the right choice and getting AAA service

Been with AAA for 15 years and well worth the money. Camping last week at a remote state park, locked out keys in the truck. The wrecker service made it out exactly when they said. Great service and extremely friendly.

Chris Blaser, the travel agent, is excellent. She took care of my trip to the Great Barrier Reef. It was short notice but she still managed to come up with a very good package that met our specifications. She is very friendly, helpful and attentive to our family needs. She was very patient with answering all my questions and with providing a lot of useful tips and information. It was the best customer service experience I had with a travel agent. The staff at AAA are also very friendly and helpful.

I have been a member of the Auto Club for over 30 years, both in Washington and California. During this period, I have had dealings with several different offices. I want to acknowledge that the office in Olympia has been exceptional, both in terms of service and the overall quality of their staff. Many of my dealings have been with Jamie Nichols at the front desk and Chris Blaser in the travel section. These two individuals have been consistently amazing with regard to their base of knowledge, their service to me as a customer, their follow-through, and their interpersonal skill sets. I am deeply appreciative to this office and especially to these two individuals for making my travel experiences so much easier.

This was my first time to the Olympia AAA location. I was switching my membership from California to Washington since I have just moved up here. The staff was extremely helpful and offered many additional services, although I did not need any of them currently. They have a very cool setup, as they have a lot of travel gear within the store itself. It kind of gets you excited for the travel experience ahead. I have not yet used AAA for traveling, but I will in the future. I look forward to working with them.

Excellent experience in dealing with the AAA in Olympia. Very helpful staff in all aspects of travel. Big help in reserving a Hertz rental car in Rome, plus plenty of information available on traveling abroad or in the states. Very good selection of travel items for purchase. I bought a travel vest there with enough pockets that I didnt need to take a backpack! And, a spray that helps remove wrinkles from shirts that have been stuffed in the suitcase: actually worked!

We joined and found out when we used them that they would not pay for our tow. They did pay for the first 5 mi of the tow though. There is apparently a 5 day period from the time of purchase where you are only covered up to 5 miles and the rest you have to pay for. We had to pay almost $300 for our tow. THANKS A LOT. We will probably never need to use them as our cars are in relatively good condition. We purchased this for peace of mind and got left with a huge bill. I feel like we gave them$100 of our money to take advantage of us. Talk about unethical/predatory behavior.

I always start my search for travel gear and accessories at Olympia AAA of Washington. Preparing for a cruise in April found me in the store looking for a shoulder bag, small and compact, with plenty of storage space. I was not disappointed. The staff always provide great advice and personal recommendations. I love the service I receive in the Olympia retail store.

I met and worked with Mary Lightfoot, at the Olympia office. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and planned my entire trip from travel to hotel accommodations. She then FIXED everything I mistakenly requested. After I arrived home, I realized I had the incorrect dates for my trip. I went back to the office. Mary cancelled the first arrangements and planned out my trip for the correct dates. Again, she was very pleasant and efficient. Mary is an excellent representative of AAA. I will always work with her whenever I travel anywhere in the world. I will also recommend her to my friends. You are fortunate to have her in your company.

I was very pleased with the information I received when I asked for a travel insurance quote to compare with the one that came with my reservation for an excursion in Norway. For just a bit more money, I was able to get full coverage for the entire trip, including the excursion. Very helpful staff!This is pretty much the norm when I go into the Olympia office or consult them via email.

System was down when I went in the first time, but the staff was Very professional and courteous. When I went back a lil later, it was a very fast and helpful experience! They are great! I love the fact that I can relax now if something ever happens and I can get help! Love AAA!

Jamie is always great. I have used her help many times. I enjoyed the packing seminar by Kathleen. I found out that my carry on was too large so I am deciding whether to have a checked bag or not. She had many excellent tips.

This Review shows up as posted by Brandon Rose but that is my Son, I am Roger Rose and my wife is Mary Martha Rose.My wife and I had always wanted to go on a Cruise but it was so confusing on line and so many choices we were having difficulty figuring out the best deal. Ended up going to the AAA Cruise Show in Olympia, which was great, lots of ideas and information. We then visited the AAA Office in Olympia and the agent there sorted out everything for us. Got a really good price on an 8 night Caribbean Cruise, plus the agent worked with the Cruise Line to get a really good airfare price. Overall a great experience and an affordable price. Could not have done it on my own.

My experience with Lisa Turner has been very good. She takes the time trying to accommodate you and a very pleasant person. Would highly recommend her for any travel plans.

I went to the Olympia to complete the transfer of my membership to AAA Washington. The representative was very courteous and professional explaining the options available to transfer my membership.. The transaction was completed quickly and I left with a temporary card.I also took time to shop in the travel store, the selection is very good and well displayed..

We went to our local AAA office to get an idea about routes, costs and other variables on an Amtrak trip from Olympia to Indianapolis, Indiana. We were helped tremendously by Jamie, who was thorough in her searches, as well as patient with our continued changes. We havent finished making our plans yet, but when we get closer to a decision, we will once again visit Jamie for her expertise in completing our itinerary.

I have never had to use roadside assistance, but it a comfort to know I have someone to call for help. Plus the maps for planning road trips is awesome.

We’ve bought a trip from AAA in January 2018 and we had a horrible experience. Mary Lightfoot was extremely rude to us from the first minute weve started working with her. We bought our trip pretty fast, but for this short amount of time we were greatly affronted. I’ve never seen such a poor service before in my life. She was acting like  she is totally tired of her job and she’s really hates her clients. I was feeling very awkwardly sitting there in front of her because she’s even didn’t try to hide her distaste to me and my friend.When we were ready to buy the tickets she gave us a night flight which is very uncomfortable and we asked her very very nicely “Could you please take a look for another tickets maybe for a day flight, if it’s possible” She’s got really mad about such a simple question. She raised her voice and said “WE DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER TIME”. She is just not able to talk to her customers properly!And another moment, it was very important for us is to buy the trip package with travel insurance, because the country were going to travel is not safe and we asked her twice “Does this price include the insurance?” And she answered twice  “Yes, insurance is included”I can prove that because I’ve had a notepad and a pen and I was writing down all the information and prices she gave us. When we received our paperwork on the second page it said Travel insurance is declined. I was unpleasantly surprised and I asked Mary “You said that were going to have an insurance in our package, I told you is very important for us. Why the insurance is declined?” and she said with very rude voice “Because you didn’t purchase one” I was shocked, how she could lie to us like that? We had no problems with money and we were ready to pay for everything just please give us a decent level of service.Of course we’ll never going to get back to AAA agency again and in my opinion agents like Mary Lightfoot shouldn’t work with people at all.

Solid performance from the staff at Oly AAA. Starting with Lorena who helped us with a complicated itinerary for 3 persons traveling together and gave us advice about a potential Passport problem.
