Super awesome customer service and able to match the littlest of screws!

Never opened on the weekends, Tacoma store is opened but to far away when in the middle of working projects. Needed hardware about 7 or 8 times but no weekend hours at this store at all. Oh well and just my opinion.

I’ve come here off and on for 10 years. If I work with one of the seasoned employees, they treat me poorly. I picked up zinc plated button head m6 bolts last week, right from the back. A young man had helped me, very nice, helped me right away and was very humble and helpful. This week, I ask for the exact same list of hardware and both senior employees at the counter won’t even bother looking for the m6 button head bolts. They keep telling me how long they’ve been there and that they don’t have those bolts. I just got them last week, I didn’t order in advance, I did not special order them, I just walked in and got them. Neither employee would even go look after I asked 3 times. Very poor customer service every time I deal with the seasoned and disgruntled employees. Word of advice to the owner and/or management: consider finding new help that will assist customers after they politely ask. I’ll be ordering my hardware from McMaster and going to another local source from now on, this is the 6th time this store has treated me poorly and it’s always the same two employees.

Super friendly, and willing to help me out on a very small project. I didnt have to buy bulk quantities of fasteners to get my job done. I will definitely be coming back here before going to the big box stores

I think Ive been shopping here for around twenty years but I guess its about time to leave a review. Outstanding guys and gal at the counter always helpful and very knowledgeable. Pretty damn good selection of product.

They got almost everything other places dont.

Bought some screws. Took them home and they were the wrong ones. I called 10 mins before they closed on Friday until Monday to make sure they had the right ones. Since he knew i was just there and bought the wrong ones, he said they were closing but would leave the 4 screws I needed on the side of the building for me so I could have them and not wait until Monday. Sure enough, they were where he said they’d be and I left the wrong ones for them. This is the kind of service that lacks these days. Thanks Tacoma Screw!

Best place to get fasteners that you need that are top quality. they have variety of tools alot of them made in America not overseas.

These guys saved the day for me. Found the exact size tap to fix the threads on my crankshaft. Now I dont have to pull the engine. Highly recommended.

Always helpful staff. If they do not have exactly what you want, they will suggest another way to accomplish what you need. Much better quality of nuts, bolts, washers than the big box stores. Also you can buy any quantity, from one to whatever, unlike the box store.

I came in looking for an ideas on how to adapt a piece for a custom project. I had been in many times before and they have been helpful... However, Bryce at the Lacey location didnt have what I needed (not his fault), but then was unwilling to try to find a solution. Olympia supply went the extra mile for me. I would go there instead.

Always helpful they get the right stuff even if they dont know what Im talking about or I dont know what Im talking about. I only HATE HATE that they are not open on the weekends when I need them the most.

Went there looking for a brass fitting to get one of my HMMWVs up. Not only did they help me quickly find the fitting, but they allowed me to have it free of charge, in thanks for my service. As a maintenance Warrant Officer that has been serving for 18 years, I have had find parts on the econnomy many times. Never have I been treated so wonderfully as I was here. The store itself was like going to a true hardware store of the olden days, this place is quite the GEM; I will be recommending it to other Maintenance TECHs.

Was told buy a local shop that the size of my screw was but it wasnt but they correctly matched up my screw and I got the replacement I need it in a timely manner

They usually have what I need and if not its there in a day. Come here before Hom Depot for fasteners or screws.

Tacoma Screw has saved me several times when I needed a specialty screw or bolt, right away. Very helpful staff, too.

If you need a bolt or washer or nut or screw they have 99.999% of them.
