I was in communication with Scott and I’m just thoroughly impressed by their communication, quick turnaround time, and customer service. As for the hat itself, I only got one but the quality is superb and I absolutely love it. They made the whole process really easy and everything turned out perfect. Needless (or should I say… needles :D) to say I will come back here if I ever need anything embroidered. Thank you guys so much!
