I like to rate coffee shops based off a 5 point system: 1 pt for service, friendly or not, 1 pt for listening to the order and getting it right, 1 pt for temp of coffee & whether shot is burnt or not, 1 pt for price, reasonable, industry average, and finally 1 pt for does it taste good, good ingredients, balanced drink. Urraco had great service (1), listened to our order and got it right (1), perfect temp as requested (not to hot) and perfect shot (1). We had two 16 oz drinks and it came to $10.09, rounded to $12 which is kinda on the high end for two coffees (0). One drink was a soy latte with hazelnut and my husband said it was okay, I had a white chocolate mocha breve and I was disappointed. It was watery enough that Im not sure it was a breve and you could barely taste white chocolate, so they may have used syrup, I didnt see (0). So overall an okay experience, 3 stars.

Great coffee (in my wife’s words: ‘their coffee is better, their whipped cream is better, their ice is better!’) and the baristas were helpful and patient with questions and making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Definitely will be regulars!

Clean new place coffee was good. The young lady helping me did not listen to requests well. I had to remind her 3 times about giving me my receipt and the muffin I ordered.

Cute, local coffee shop. Staff was friendly. They have really cozy lighting and comfy chairs around the fireplace. Good options for both coffee and food. I appreciated the for here dishes and the very clean restroom.

Love Urraco Coffee in Shelton and love this new Urraco too! This new one is a lot bigger than Shelton and they serve Ice Cream. The Urraco Coffee flavor is really good! Really glad this new place is open.

My wife and I got a vanilla mindfreeze here and it was really good. Looking forward to going back so we can try the coffee.Its in a great location right off the 101. Highly recommend stopping by.

After 6 or 7 attempts Im writing it off. Service has never been friendly or fast, food options are horrible (everything sealed in plastic, both baked goods and hot breakfast items), both hot and iced coffees have an ammonia taste to them--not good.

Drinks are of high quality and delicious, staff is very friendly, and seating area is cozy and welcoming. Perfect place to meet friends for a great cup of coffee or tea!
