My daughter and I stopped by this store while we were shopping yesterday. My daughter (she’s 9 years old) has a chronic medical condition, and cannot wear a mask (ordered by her pediatrician). One of the associates came up to me and said she couldn’t be in the store without a mask. I informed the associate that my daughter has a chronic illness that doesn’t permit her to wear a mask, and she said that didn’t matter, they wouldn’t serve us. My daughter was crushed, humiliated, and cried when we got home because she “just wants to be healthy like other kids”, so people won’t be mean to her. Needless to say, this was our first experience in this store, and our last.

Really really awesome place!! They know every thing I do, about what they sell, and I had no idea all these wonderful items would be on one place!! Crystals, chakra beads, etc. They have it all and then some!! Crystal pyramids for yoga mats are so beautiful!!! I got 2 items and saved a bundle here during a BOGO 1/2 off sale. Very happy with my purchases, and I will be back!!!

I love it here. The staff is always super nice and helpful and everything in the store is cool. If you like witchy hippie Bohemia then this is the place for you.

Customer service is always great

I love this place, but last time I was here I was followed the whole time like they thought I was stealing. I felt very uncomfortable!!! As a POC I get followed A LOT in stores because of the stereotype. I’ve spend a lot of money at this specific store, you would think I would get a little bit more respect & space to shop without feeling uncomfortable. Hopefully you guys see this and make some immediate changes to how you handle loss prevention. Instead of following people around like weirdos. Next time I will go more public with this issue...

This is a great place to pick up some tapestries for your walls or find an eclectic treasure for the home that you just cant find anywhere else. The price you pay is well worth the product with many super awesome things being relatively inexpensive. Keep your eyes open for their sale items which you can find many interesting things inexpensively.

The only complaint is its a tad expensive. Otherwise, this is place is AMAZING. Got a little something for everyone I know, and they let me open the salt rock lamp boxes to find a shape I like. Then they packed and stacked everything up neatly again. I think I witnessed why the store is always so tidy despite the heavy holiday traffic. Lines moved fast too.And the staff are always so nice and willing to chat; if they arent too busy of course. They do a good job of keeping the atmosphere zen. Ill admit that on their slower days Ive bought stuff simply because I spent half an hour chatting while being given recommendations. Theyve never lied or overhyped something so I dont feel tricked in the slightest. One guy looked through the whole store to find an item I needed for an art project, but hadnt seen something that could work before, and we found it!When I get another salt rock lamp, and I will, Im definitely going there.

I come here for my incense because you have a great selection. But your employees are like vultures and it makes the shopping expierence very unpleasant when they handle the items I’m trying To buy and interrupt what I’m doing. Then take my items so I can “continue shopping” and ask me personal questions. Don’t treat your patrons like theifs. Maybe I need to find a different store to buy from

Came to get incense. They have a nice variety of items. Im not a fan of the normal sage/patchouli smells so its nice that I have another option here. Got the rainforest one this time and so far they work great!

Surprisingly affordable for this kind of shop in a big mall. I took my daughter shopping here and we walked out with a pile of clothes,as well as a watch and a large himalayan salt lamp without busting my budget. The staff was as courteous,friendly,and helpful as i have seen in this mall.

I really like Earthbound. It has the hippie feel of a small shop while being a chain. You can find odd, earthy items here.
