I would like to share an experience I had with Diane in Finance! I wanted to help Co-sign for my son and daughter-in-law on a truck. My daughter-in-law really wanted to be on the truck with my son but means her credit score was a tad bit lower it was going to be my son and I. Well…….. I just took delivery of my 2021 Mach E GT today! The process was easy; I ordered through the Ford Website and Ben Medina contacted me to confirm. Alissa in service is amazing. My f150 broke down on i5. I called on a whim at 6:30 and a salesman found her still working in the service department. She told me to have the truck towed in and even though they were booking 3 weeks out she would do her best to get my rig in and at least looked at. The very next day she message me to let me know my truck was in the shop. I was ecstatic. She was able to have her transmission tech diagnose and repair my vehicle between other jobs and ended up having my truck done in 3 days. I will absolutely only be bringing my truck to Mullinax and I will ask for Alissa every time. Once again was taken advantage of by this department. Rear hatch stopped working. We pay for a premium service plan monthly. Turns out our dog protective cover was blocking the sensor. Simply could have removed the cover from sensor, pushed the hatch closed and reopen it with the fob. Instead we were charged a 160 dollar labor fee for something that should have been a professional courtesy. Customer appreciation, short supply these days. Very disappointed.

Fast, friendly and super helpful, he even got the cold seat on the passenger side repaired for free! They gave me a free 2 month power train warranty where they will pay half of any repair cost! The truck was 9,000$ less than the same truck in Bend Oregon where I live. Steve picked me up at the airport and was an expert driver and super fun to talk to! 7 stars out of five for Mullinax! Eddie in parts is the best! This weekend I was in a hurry and backed our truck into the boat trailer breaking out my tail light. I headed straight to Mullinax to at least put together my plan for when I had to explain to the bf what I had done. Lucky me they had one in stock! Eddie even came out and installed it himself. The best part... he rubbed some dirt on it to take the newness away and help me in concealing what I had done. Really great experience with the service department. I have a 15 year old fusion that needed to go in for two recalls. I also needed to replace the door opening mechanism (it is a 15 year old car and parts wear out.). I avoid dealerships because I had heard they were more costly and I didnt to have to talk about buying a new car when there was nothing really wrong with mine.I walked away paying minimal for the door repair, got the brake recall and the airbag recall addressed all within a day, saving me from having to fix the door myself.I will take my car back here for other repairs and services now.

I bought a used truck from Mullinax Ford and wanted the tires changed before taking it home.This is wee the customer service began to falter, apparently no one communicated to finance department that I had a tight schedule and needed to be out of there ASAP. My family and I waited 7 hours I missed my appointment.Jon had to hand me off to another sales guy Casper. Who assured me that my I would be taken care of. They had my truck for 4 days, when I came back to pick it up Jon wasnt working but Casper was there. I got my truck with new tires but the truck was dirty, water spots and the new tires wasnt even shinned up. They are true to there word As Is is how it looked 4 days ago not even a wash.Mullinax Ford FAILS in customer service and you dont get treated with care till the end of the transaction. I would warn others to try another place before you buy here. Try Toyota of Olympia and then compare them both and youll see the difference.Concerned,Buyer

What an amazing dealership. The sales reps where so kind with all my questions. i was really torn between a Ford and a Chevy SUV. They where understanding and didnt say anything bad about the other dealerships vehicle trying to get me to purchase from them. They let me test drive any vehicle and helped me understand all the tech in each one. I can be very difficult with a lot of questions and doing side by side comparisons. This is my 10 year car and i worked hard to get a vehicle that i wanted to fit all my needs and whats. They understood and helped me over a few days to get to what i needed. Inventory was low at a lot of dealerships and we have traveled up and down the I-5 corridor trying to find the perfect vehicle and one thing that i noticed that the sales people where never interested in helping us if they where not going to get a quick sale. Or they just assumed we couldnt afford it.... Not with Mullinax they did not care that we were not ready to purchase yet and still treated us with so much respect. I made a few trips to the dealership with questions to make sure this was the right vehicle. There was no pressure on me to buy right away they showed me all my buying options and left me to make the decision without pressure. They also showed me the extended warranty and did not push me into purchasing it right away just gave me the information and let me look into it in my own time. I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum edition and i could not be happier. Two days later i had a list of questions about the warranty and the sales rep took the time to respectfully answer every question with detail.And to add this is my second vehicle that we have purchase from them. in 2018 we purchased a 2018 ford f-150 xlt and they where just as amazing with that purchase as well, and next year when my daughter is ready for her car we will be back.

I had the most amazing experience here! Chad James, and Dan helped me out today. They answered all of my questions I had. They made it so easy to do everything, and the customer service here is outstanding. Ive never felt so welcome at a dealership before. The number one thing, is that they didnt make you feel PRESSURED! I hate going car shopping because salesman are usually super pushy. But they worked very hard to make sure I had the best deal I could with my situation. I will never ever go anywhere else for a car again. 10/10 will recommend Mullinax Ford of Olympia to every person I know. They were so much fun, I was smiling the whole time.
