After paying cash for a 2011 itasca 110k they have yet fixed a broken cable on our electric queen couch. Or corrected the TV signal issue when overhead lights are on

Amazing staff. Great vehicles. A trustworthy place to buy a vehicle.

Vehicle was there for quite a while awaiting diagnosis but they only took care of the easy fix things like tire rotation until I finally called 10 days later and they still hadnt diagnosed it. Left after 3 weeks wishing the repairs I really needed were investigated earlier on so they would have time to fix them rather than having to pick my vehicle up after paying for diagnosis time but with no time left in my schedule to be without the vehicle, and no clear plan from mechanics. Its like they didnt want to do the job so they just waited until I really needed my vehicle then told me to come pick it up.

I needed a vehicle and saw a nice truck here. Dealt with the kid I trained as a Car Salesman 5 years ago. All went well except for the truck needs the parking brake tighten. They showed me where 2700 was charged to the service department for repairs...but I question if this work was actually done or just rubber stamped for profit margin. Either way, Nice truck...but I remember when Heidi Peil ran a better class operation.

We met with Chris. He was really nice! Really patient and we told him upfront we werent looking to buy today. He never once tried to push us to buy after we told him. Not much selection, no one there to assist us. No one in the office, we walked through, we walked out and then walked through all of the open ones.Still no assistance.....So we left once we were in out truck and leaving, then someone asked if we needed help.We wont be back. Sorry.They might be great for you, but our experience was not worth repeating.

We did find a travel trailer we really liked at their Chahalis lot thanks to all the help from an exceptional salesman Alec. We did not purchase the trailer due to a manager not able to work with us on the price. After taking much time to compare the unit on their lot to many others of newer models and same packages yet the price point was not right for the smaller size, we had to walk away. We will be taking our business elsewhere, however still wishing we could do business with Alec! The time he spent with us to listen to our needs and find us the match was impressive. This gentleman knows his stuff and is willing to put the work in! Thank you Alec! 5 stars for him.

Just want to say a BIG Thank You to Casey, Jim & the other (service) guys at your shop who quickly & efficiently sealed my motor home roof & repaired my furnace on quick notice last January so I could expedite my trip south without undue delay. In the Navy it rates a WELL DONE! This is the second time youve corrected motor home problems for me!! I always enjoy & trust your services.

We have bought a car and truck from Dave Jones and Terry marchal. We had such great experience with those so we decided to go look at trailers. He was so professional and took the time to show us a bunch of trailers. He listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect one. I will defiantly go back and I would tell others to as well.

My wife and I recently purchased a travel trailer from Chris at the Olympia location. He was very professional and helpful in us making the right decision. I went TDY for 5 weeks and they put the travel trailer in storage until I returned for us to take delivery. Of course there are little things that come up during that time frame but Chris took care of us. I would highly recommend these folks for anyone interested in purchasing a travel trailer.

Loved the service and the way the dealership was totally into accommodation for the customer. I had a first rate experience starting with my initial contact with salesman Gordon Abear who took my name and called me when a motor home came in that he thought I might be interested. I did buy the motor home that he suggested might work for me. L.T.

They will tell you they only run you credit one time. Then they run your credit up to ten times with ten different banks. Then tell you its their right to do so. Dont waste your time!!!! Everything is WAY overpriced anyways.

This is a great place to buy a RV!! They helped my wife and I fine the perfect trailer. Tons on inventory to choose from and very helpful staff.

Diagnosed my needs and got fixed in two days once parts received. Good attitude and knowledge apparent.

This place obviously does not want to sell anything .Everytime i call it either goes to voice-mail or the people who work in the parts department put you on hold till your tired of waiting and hanging up..

I walked around the whole lot and looked inside about 15 campers and a couple of trucks - not a single employee engaged me in conversation. No one said hello, can I help you? Not even good bye.

Terry was so helpful and accomodating. We cant wait to purchase our fifth wheel there!

My wife and I came in to look at a trailer for our family, and Terry welcomed us with a big smile and a firm handshake. We explained what we wanted and he took us right to a couple trailers to see. We purchased one he showed us, and explained everything about the Rv very professional and friendly and worked hard on a good deal for us. He then introduced us to Kelly, the financial manager who also greated us with the same smile and firm handshake, over all experience was wonderful fast with all the paperwork we give these gentlemen a 10+ rating thanks for our rv!!!- Brandon and Laura
