Amazing job. I just got my brakes done today and they were fast and efficient with the work. If you want a no nonsense company to work on your car, I recommend them. They dont do any sales pitch. They are there to get the job done quickly so you have more time to do other things.

I read the prior reviews and decided to use their services anyhow. I had an oil change and brakes serviced on my Mini Cooper. I noticed a sound coming from my rear wheel and after taking my car to another maintenance crew a week after I found that the rear wheel lugs were not torqued properly. I called the owner who said he was surprised, but didnt take responsibility for the error. I told him that I should be refunded for this error and he said that he would check into it and call me right back? Im still waiting for that call from yesterday, 8/27/21.I suggest you go elsewhere. I would expect the shop to take responsibility for their errors. If you say youre going to call someone back, then call them back. Dont be a coward.

I dont know why this business gets such poor reviews. Ive been here twice now for two different types of services, and only had excellent experiences. Sure, the folks who work here arent the most talkative or outgoing, but they provide great service at great value. I recommend Above and Beyond.

Unprofessional behavior depicted with interaction with a disabled person. When their path was blocked by the stores tires, the person moving them decided to take their time and stopped to berate the wheelchair bound person multiple occasions, essentially holding them hostage. Ive worked in customer service long enough to know that the situation was not handled well by the associate. The lady was understandably frustrated! And she didnt even get an apology. And I do see the owner commenting that they arent the ones that put the tires in such a way that they were blocking the ramp. Yet, I doubt some random passerby would be moving heavy tires in such a way that the owners/workers wouldnt be able to stop them. Seems the owner is trying to save face, and shift bblame. But even if he didnt move them in the middle of the sidewalk , its still a hazard that isnt good for business. Even if someone else moved them, the tires are still the responsibility of the shop, and not some random passerby. If someone moves product around in my store, its ultimately my responsibility to put things where they belong.

I bought a Groupon online to get new brake pads for my front and rear. I’m appalled to say I have never had such a horrible service done in my life. They changed my front brakes but they lied to me saying they did my back pads as well. I called them 3 different times confirming if he actually did it or not and every time he confirm that he did. I had to take my tire off and check the brake pad myself. They lied multiple time to me. Called me while they were doing the brake change saying I need new rotors which was a lie and they wanted to charge me over $400. I went to go pick my car up and I sat in the office for 25 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. Finally saw the owner but it looked like he was walking from the brewery next door(maybe he was getting food?). Do not go to this place. The owner was rude and he is a liar.

Owner or employee does not respect disabled persons needing sidewalk access to strip mall stores. A threat was made to use a hammer to knock out wheelchair access ramp, thus violating ADA, and intentionally trapping the disabled person and preventing their safely leaving. I went to them to get a second opinion on whether or not I need new brakes, and new axels. He said my brakes were low but not gone and I asked him about the axels. He said he would t know until they got Iin there to look. I told him that If I didn’t need new axels to do the brakes. I only needed front brakes and not new axels so he did the job. I saved so much money on my 1998 car that I wasn’t really interested in putting about $ 1500 for new brakes and axels. He understood that I didn’t want to put much money in the car. I am very happy with the way my brakes work now.

Store worker was rude to a disabled person on a wheelchair because he was asked to move his auto tires that prevented her from using the side walk. You can find the video on YouTube for proof.

My friend and I tried doing the head gasket on my dodge Dakota ( I know, I know) ended up able to see it but couldn’t reach it. As I was already late for a new job in CA I asked above and beyond to change the gasket and put it back together. 3 weeks go by (very late for work) they say it was too hard so they replaced my motor with another used motor.That motor is now shot cause the freeze plug fell out. Didn’t blow out, just fell right out. My mechanic friends told me the freeze plug had been replaced at some point with a similar part designed for plumbers. Thanks guys.

I used to go to this repair shop before the change in ownership, and didnt have anything bad to say. I recently moved back to the west side of town and was considering bringing my business back here, but I saw the video of the owners interaction with a community member with disabilities and read through his responses to negative reviews about his service work. This guy is a POS. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know to never use this shop again. You cant be an abusive man-baby in this town without consequence. Kudos to the woman who caught him on film being his usual jerk self.

Got tires here they charged me for valve stems but did not put new ones in and they also counter balanced the tires had to get them rebalanced at les schwab. Should take pride in your work.

Wouldn’t recommend, go to Firestone complete auto down the road, better service and prices. Tried to sell me stuff I did not need. I only came In To see about break noise told my oil was black and need to be changed it was changed 2 days before. Also that I needed wiper blades which were also just replaced. Told my battery was failing, it was under warranty so he told me to take it and get it replaced. They tested it and it is fine. I think if he had seat covers In The back he would have told me the color of my interior was bad. Funny though he said nothing about my transmission that failed the very next day. Hmm I wonder if he did something to it?

Well I thought I needed a new control arm so I started looking around and contacted this place & the owner (rick or rich) said $325... so I brought it in and they looked at the different things and suggested numerous other problems & repairs( to do everything on the list incl tie rods & cv axle (actually just the boot) would have been $1,000) so I settled on just doing the one control arm ..( ironically when I was at the previous shop in California a week prior they wanted to replace the control arm on the other side but Mark the mechanic showed me the passenger-side control arm was moving and did not think it was the driver side control arm )......so I gave them the OK to do the control arm and then for some reason the price went up to $400.. that was a little bit disturbing to me cuz he had already give me a price of 325 on 📞 so why $75 more?Prob should have argued or objected but I just dont have that kind of personality & i wanted to trust him and also just to help out local businesses during these difficult timesso they went ahead and did the job and it was still pulling after I left but I think it was because of the bad tireso i went & got the bad tire replaced and now its running pretty good... makes me wonder maybe it was the bad tire that was causing all the problems in the first place I guess Ill never know for sure..but I hope I can trust themthe mechanic Mark seemed pretty good and the owner himself was kind of nice and talkative at first BUT after he rang me up for $400 at the very end there was NO thank you for your business NOR encouraging sendoff. I feel more appreciated for my business after buying a dollar drink at McDonalds.You want to feel APPRECIATED for your decision to shop there. Very bad history with the business 5 years ago. Took my money and didn’t repair the car properly. Never went back as they wouldn’t make it right. - I recommend RJM auto for ethical mechanics.Now the clencher is that they are violating ADA rights for a local community members. They blocked the sidewalk ramp for all the stores on that strip making the store unacceptable to people with disabilities. When he was asked to move his tires, he refused and harassed the person who needed the ramp. If you have any doubt about what happened, go to YouTube and watch the video and judge for yourself.

Contacted rich for FACEBOOK Market place to discuss getting two (2) new tires and to schedule an appointment. After a phone call from Rick to confirm that I needed two (2) tires and the agreed upon appointment time I felt pretty good about his customer service.Then my wife shows up 10 min early to confirm the appointment time (1100 AM) and the time allotted for getting two (2) tires installed. The mechanics and Rick assured her she was next in line and it would take 30 min to do the job. She had another appointment at 1200 at the hospital, so at 1148 she goes into pay for the job. Rick is trying to charge her for four (4) tires and has just gotten the old tires off. Rick calls me to debate the number of tires I ordered, when I referred to the FACEBOOK conversation he told me I dont have time for this and hung up on me.Now lets talk about the bill. We agreed in writing that the tires would be $79 each with a $17.50 install. Should be $195 + tax, good deal right? I ended up paying $241 for the tires and install, there were extra charges not disclosed, one of which was a labor fee. All that should have been covered under the $17.50 install fee right?Rick finally got the tires installed and finished at 1220 and followed my wife into the parking lot to berate her about her attitude and impatience with him. CUSTOMER SERVICE means if you tell the customer something you stick by your word. You do not talk to the customer the way Rick talked to my wife. According to my wife all the shop guys were respectful.

The owner of this business did not comply with a request to remove tires blocking handicap access to stores nearby. Bought tires and had them balanced, the front were done incorrectly so now my truck wobbles at 60; when we tried to schedule, he stopped answering some calls and then when finally able to get ahold of him, appointment was made and I showed up early for him to have me wait an hour to tell me they couldnt fix it today and didnt want to take responsibility for the mistake.
