I went in to get cold cuts and walked out with nothing while employees stand around and talk and don’t do there job I waited 10 minutes than walked out

I like the sales they have. I like the food most of the food they make up for me. No issues on this end. There is a woman who works there I believe shes the manager, I buy coffee and she tells me Im not allowed to have as many artificial sweeteners is I need. That is not right at all when I buy a large one there is no charge I would like to put five or six sweeteners in it. That is what I like I do not want to be told that I cannot have that many. That is not right I am a customer and I am buying. Its not like its a quarter for a cup of coffee. I pay full price when I go in and get a cup of coffee. And the artificial sweetener they have 3 different types, which is nice. But I only like stevia and they do have it there. But I would really like to be able to take 6 with me and put them in when I get in the car. Its not like Im taking 25 or a hundred. The one on state Street is like that. When I go to the one 12th and buffalo they have no problems with me taking 6 because I buy such a large amount of coffee. You would act like it came out of their pocket, there on State Street. Its only the manager that acts like that. I dont like the manager at all. Sometimes being nice sometimes being mean how stupid? I get it totally if someone was to take handfuls after handfuls. Somebody heard her say something to me and they said I would turn her in to the main company you are paying for your large large coffee youre not getting it cheap. I am not coming in with my own cup I am buying their cup. But State Street is awesome. No complaints there at all. There is a woman on State Street and her name is Peggy she is really nice. Very talkative very outgoing. So I only get what I need and get out on State Street. Things seem to be going downhill though. And muffins arent like they used to be. Now theyre burnt and they have them half out of the cupcake holder where its full of the side you can see it. But when I buy them I know what Im getting into. But I really do like the store on State Street and Buffalo Street but this is supposed to be about state Street. No other complaints other than that. Depends on whos working and I dont like it when the manager is working. Shes not always nice but thats the way she is I guess.

We have spent a great deal of $ at this country fair since we moved here last week. I ordered a taco pizza amongst other things which Id give 2 stars to. Not only did they charge for lettuce tomato and sour cream (which always comes with it included in the one by the freeway however), but it was dought and gross. It only had spicy taco meat on 2/3 of it so 1/3 was bare. I will never order this from here again and will def be leery of what I do order

The deli makes some nice quick items. If you need a fast quick bite and gas, this is it!!

I like that we have 2 in town, so I can always go to the other one over by the freeway where the customer service is better.

Had a very badd experience walking tacos now they say you have to pay for the chips when it says a cost for extra chips theyre saying no you had to pay for the chips I never heard of him walking taco not coming with the chips

Disgusting, rude and childish to say the least. I watched the employees at this location humiliate a customer and I will never go there again. The heart of customer service is respect and these degenerates were obviously not trained correctly. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

Just ordered two subs from here tonight. I wasnt asked if I wanted my sub toasted and before I knew it he had it wrapped up before I could ask and then didnt seem to want to take the extra time to unwrap and toast it when I did ask, so I just took it home and toasted it myself. The other sub had barely any tuna on it, it was mostly bread and even that was a little hard (it wasnt toasted). The dude seemed really uninterested in his job and miserable.
