Very awesome experience. From the start they were friendly and forth coming with what can happen in the process. Ron Garcia was very knowledgable and didnt beat around the bush while being friendly in customer service. We have been trying for years to get a house and be unsuccessful with others. Being a disabled vet and using the VA was frustrating trying for years, but when I met Ron and used Titan that changed. We were able to get financed and a house of our dreams. My wife is thrilled and that means I am too! Great place and great people. Thanks to Ron and his staff for showing great smiles and customer service in a world that is forgetting what its like to be kind.

I only pass by this place once in a while it has really neat manufactured homes. Saw a real cutie that included a hanging porch swing. If I only had the land, Id buy one!

Very poor experience these guys MIKE AND RON where rude & tried to change my contract because they cant provide bid agreements like I was told in office and got called out on it ,, so much money COULD not be accounted for .. just chill email or text bids for the job, thats how business works for sketchy people, wouldnt tell anybody to go here.. glad I ditched them got new contract and all bids for job within 24 hrs,,, side note lady that answers the phone was polite

I will never recommended anyone for this company. I bought my home from them in 2019, I was hounded every day for several months to get my house out onto my lot. After the house was moved they were supposed to inspect it again and fix anything that was messed up during the move. It is now 2021, I still have a front and back door that won’t close completely because of the move and a cracked window in my master bedroom that still needs replaced. Anytime me or my husband tries to call the owner we are hung up on. This place is completely unprofessional and obviously doesn’t know how to run a business properly.

Minimum 570 credit score yet when youre over one hundred points over that with less than 10% debt to income they want 35% down. Folks if I had 65k+ in cash laying around I wouldnt be buying a trailer.

The manufactured homes are solid, they dont have that typical trailer feel to them at all. The sales office seems happy to help and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We came back several times with questions and they were answered without hesitation. I have been extremely pleased with every facet of this Titan office. I will update as to installation,but have every confidence this will go as smoothly as everything else to date.

Great people and allot of super great information. Ron was helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been hesitant about the manufactured home buying process. He changed that. We feel confident going forward that we are in good hands. No wasted time as he was straight forward and explained exactly how best to achieve our land/home goals.

Their employees leave fake reviews.Do not return calls regarding warranty.You will find issues with your house they you unable to find during inspection.Some examples easy to miss poorly installed water pipes that slowly leak under house, poor circulation due to bad vent design, shoddy craftsmanship all around (turn off all lights and see a gap at top of wall in highest points of house), trim that does not line up properly, counters not properly aligned or badly cut (not fixed even when reported), attempts at covering mistakes (using extra wall trim to hide badly done wall), and so on.Plenty more examples where that came from.Again, once you’ve purchased the house they start to check out.If you do buy, when you find issues DO NOT sign order completions until all work is done not just parts.If you request to not have the same worker repeatedly because they do bad work DO NOT accept their services and send them away!Lastly, if you do plan to buy from these people know all the above warnings and know they are doing everything to sell you that house and then lose as little expenses to dealing with you as possible.

Ronald Jessup was very passive aggressive. Not so much to my husband just me. My husband and I went in and told him where we wanted our mortgage payment. He started showing us homes when none of them were what we were really wanting he showed us one online that we fell in love with. After waiting almost a month we got a sort of rough draft of numbers that was way over our budget by over 60-70,000. When I told Ronald we were rethinking our decision on paying this much for a mobile home he said we have waisted his time. He would laugh when he would say something passive aggressive, Ron just because you laugh when you say something passive aggressive doesn’t make it any less passive aggressive. He also said he had scheduled an appraisal for the 19 of July and we needed to figure out how to pay for it. If services haven’t been rendered just cancel it!! He is rude and inconsiderate. I will not only be writing this review but I’ll be calling corporate also. Thank you for ruining mine and my husband first experience trying to purchase a new home.

I loved the environment and the homes were very beautiful and eye catching. We loved doing business with our salesman, who did everything he could to help us as much as possible. I met with Eric S. today who is a very pushy salesman who asked too many personal questions. I was just looking and explained that to him. I also made it very clear that I would not be buying today just checking out my options. Finally, leaving his office about 30 minutes later to view homes on site he made me feel uneasy about the situation. I wasnt wowed with the most expensive home on the lot, but never telling me the price. He showed me 3 more that were to my liking but again never telling me the price. He replied, he didnt understand what I wanted and kept saying prices are going to go up and that was wasting my money by paying rent. Who wants to buy something without knowing the price? Its my money I can waste it if I want! I will not be returning to Titan and will be sharing my experience that was horrendous with all I know.I went to Palm Harbor which was so busy they said, look around if you need us we are here. The prices are in the homes. Eric could learn a few things from Palm Harbor.

They are nothing but used car salesmen. It is appalling that not only did they get my hopes up by showing me some amazing homes, that ended up being way out of my price range. They got my kids hopes up as well. They are not upfront with the pricing and refuse to consider your budget. The guy I talked to somehow expected a single mom to make a payment of $850 plus a lot rent payment. I explained my budget but he could care less. Nothing but car salesmen.

I wasnt impressed with the salesman that was there. He wasnt very attentive and acted like he didnt want to sell us anything but it was a saturday. I think if you believe in what you sell that you would want to sell to anyone who just showed up to your business.

The people was very nice and understanding when we told them we was just looking to see what are our options was. Even knowing that they were very helpful and not pushy like car salesman. We are very satisfied with our experience there and if we go the route of a manufactured home we will be going to them.

They do more they there responsible job to get you into a home of your dreams. Lola and Michael are awesome. We would not have our new home if it was not for these two. They do more then there actual job requirements to help you with your financial process to get you into your home.

Michael was absolutely helpful in assisting my husband and I with the experience of buying a land and home package for the first time, including credit coaching and requirements. He was not pushy in any way and let us tour each model at our own pace by ourselves. Very relaxed and friendly and each model was impeccably staged to really give you an idea of what home would feel like. We are in the beginning stages but the quality of the home and the options available for each model are nearly endless. We decided on the Rio Grande and the model on site fit our every need and want, and we are excited to be making our move towards owning our first land and home package. Thank you Michael. We cannot wait to continue our work with you.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Seriously! The staff are super friendly and convincing but if you buy you will instantly have buyers remorse. We purchased a new middle of the line double wide as a weekend home for our acreage in April 2018 and have had nothing but problems. While we know the quality is not top of the line, the problems are the service. It is now December 2018 and we still haven’t had everything fixed as promised. We’ve even involved corporate In Texas several months ago and still nothing. I’m talking about things that were to be done when the home was set in April! Let’s name just a few! The entry doors are warped. One looks like it had a pry bar used to open it. There’s a hole in the sheet rock in my living room from the supplies that they threw inside. Their contractor told me to just put a baseboard over it. The vinyl cabinet covering is not secured in several places. The drawer railing in the kitchen is not built properly so the drawer doesn’t close. Again the contractor told me it works just fine to him. He’s not paying for it. I am and I expected it to be fully working and looking good. It’s a POS. Oh, and we were told we couldn’t move our things in until all of the repairs from our inspection were done. After 3 months we had to have some basic furniture. I’m saying this to let you know the problems weren’t created by us. I could go on and on but I’ll stop for now. It’s truly been a nightmare!

The sales manager was extremely rude when we tried to talk to him about the fact we were being pushed into something we could not afford. When we ended up backing out of the deal we were told we would be getting back $750 by two sales agents and the gentleman in charge of refunds but we only received $250. We will never use this company and we will let everyone know exactly how they treat their customers.

Friendly, honest employees... Nice clean atmosphere, they listen to you and do not push you into something your not looking for! Absoutly love the experience I had with them. I for sure would recommend them!

We went to Titan to look at their tiny houses or park models. Everyone there was very helpful and very responsive to our request on a quote. The park models are just beautiful, and seem to be well built.

We will defiantly be dealing with Michael when we are ready to purchase our home. He was friendly, and answered all of our questions. He never tried to push us into anything. Didnt initiate any contact after signing contract had to call them about everything. poor construction and shoddy workmanship. now having it over 3 months and still havent corrected or fixed any of the many problems.

I called and was wanting to know further more about buying a home from them and I asked if they did payments and the guy said no and good luck and hung up before I could ask anymore questions about buying a home from them. My husband and I have visited before and the guy that assisted us was more interested in his phone then us. I figured I will still give them a second chance. Very rude service.

Michael the GM greeted me as I was in a sales office and told there was several 4 bedroom home to look at. right away was how much can you put down how much you wanting to spend and then when I low balled it all feeling very uncomfortable I was told. Well I have a closing but there are 3 you can look at. They were nothing I asked for and I would not recommend this place. You need some training in customer service!

The initial quoted price of a home went up $7900 after the sales person saw my credit score. Prior to this, I told her I didnt want my credit run and was flat lied to that it would show up as soft inquiry only. It was a hard inquiry that dropped one of my credit scores 9 points and could potentially stay on my record up to 2 years. No way would I do business with them after this.

Went to Titan Mobile Home sales in OKC , the person could not answer basic construction questions and kept having to ask his manager! When we asked to see homes he rolled his eyes and walked to back office, after waiting over ten minutes and calling out with no response we left! We tried to call and speak to manager and same guy answered phone and hung up on us twice! We were looking to buy a new double wide and pay cash out right! Titan just lost a good sale and I will ensure that no one I know goes to Titan! I have never dealt with a sales person that was so rude and had no knowledge of the product! Shame on you Titan!

At first it was good the guy that we were speaking to his name was mike. He seemed nice but after 20 minutes he was pushing us into a home asking personal questions and being very annoying. He walked us out to see 2 homes we told him there was one we had liked so he went inside to calculate how much it would be for us to have it. We also said we wanted to see a home he had not showed us.. So he gave us keys and we looked at it while he was inside and we looked at it one of his other works had came in she was really nice and asked if we had seen the one she loved, and we hadnt. She insisted we go look so we did as we walked out of the house we walked back into his office and he said you were not supposed to go in there i gave you keys just to go in that one we told him she told us to and he got so mad it made us uncomfortable we really wantedTo leave. 2 days later he is texting and blowing up our phones. I really really do NOT recommend this place. He is horrible and the reason i will NEVER go back.

Pushy, pushy, pushy. Not only ask, but require too much personal information to even show you one of the models. Makes the customer feel like they are not only not trustworthy, but are being pre-qualified for a sale they might not even make. They may think they are watching out for their better interests by making sure a person isnt just riff-raff off the street coming in to look, but they lost a potential sale due to their customer service policy. Will not go back and will not recommend to others. Titan was our first stop of the day, and set the stage and our mood for the next dealerships we visited. The next four dealerships we visited up the street were ten times more customer oriented and trusting.

Tiny home cost around $50k, tried to tell us utility hook up and set up would be over 60k. Needless to say the deal was off.

Wont ever go back.....the process was terrible. In the end we did not get a home. Customer service is abysmal and they never call a person back. 2 months of my life is gone.

I dont even want to give 1 star OKC TITAN SUCKS!!! We walk in talk to 1st guy we see he has us set in his office then he leaves for a few min and the manager comes right in saying they will beat anyones price and guarantee 100% better built than anyone else which is a LIE! And says they will throw in top of line cheap plastic skirting in for free. Then he left and sales man wants to know my credit? I said dont worry about it I havent seen a house yet and dont know if I like yours or not! Then he wants to know every detail on the house Im looking for and idk I just wanna look. Then I said I want 3 bedroom 2 bath large single wide home! He asked what I want to spend and I said not much dont we all. And he kept asking all the money stuff 1st and we were now there 45 min and still have not saw a home and I finally got upset and said I will not give you over $300 a month and Im ready to go else where and he took me to a super short home that was 2 bed 1 bath and thats all I could afford. And I said like I said before idk what I want idk where I will buy but I still have not saw any 3 bedroom and 2 bath large single wide homes yet!!!!!!!! Finally he took us to look at a few but kept reminding us that we cant afford them!!! And ask every one what do you like about this and this and this and this and I said Im ready I have wasted over 1.5 hrs of PUSHY SALESMANS AND ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE WORTH GETTING AND RUDE SALESMAN. SO got ready to leave and he was talking to us near exit door and a lady walked in and he gave his keys to her and said he would help her in a min. Then said I will help you now with anything you need while talking to us wasting more of our time.

My entire process through Titan has been a breeze and everyone I have worked with has been GREAT! But, the one person I would love to give a HUGE shout out to is Frank! From the start of my construction process Frank has been nothing short of AWESOME. He has been quick to answer any of my questions and help me through anything I was not sure about. He has been very informative and has been sure to make me aware of any updates. If I was to go through this process all over again I would definitely choose Titan Homes.
