Nothing personal against the guys working here, all very friendly and helpful. But I am a landscaping contractor and at the request of a client decided to try Britton lumber instead of a big box store like any rational, sane contractor would.They sold me 500$ worth of lumber that apparently they didnt even have at the time. Told me it would be delivered the next afternoon.No phone calls, no texts, no delivery. WE have to keep calling to check on it. Finally the manager, I assume, admits THEY DONT EVEN have the lumber. This is at 5pm on the day of delivery.After Ive paid my employees to be on the job site waiting for lumber.Again no phone calls, no texts. We have to keep tracking our order. Needless to say it was a FULL WEEK later that its lumber get delivered.How do they make it right? Refund the 20$ delivery fee.Cannot recommend to anyone. Im building this deck for free due to TERRIBLE business practices.
