Today I called to find out how to return a faulty unit. I was ready for a fight. Much to my surprise, Erica said they would credit me for the unit and to scrap it. I can not believe how easy it was. That was an hour ago and the credit has already reached my card.I am a happy customer.

COVID-19: Grainger has done a nice job balancing customer and staff safety with as minimal impact on ordering and pickup as possible by having a tent outside where you give them your info and theyll pull your order. They also mentioned a curbside pick up option that they will be implementing soon, so keep an eye out for that.

After being kicked out because of no mask while 3 patrons had their masks around there chins. I get the masks are required for entry into store but be consistent

Grainger always has that hard to find specialty part or tool when you need it now. They are high priced, but their market is not cheap prices. Their market is having in stock that part or tool you need right now without having to wait for it to be shipped in at a latter date. As the old saying goes; “If all else fails, you can always count on Grainger”.

Another great American company bites the dust! Who closes at 3:30 PM besides a bank ... no wait they don’t even do that anymore. If your city desk isn’t going to be available during business hours Thanks but no thanks , I’ll just buy from Amazon at half the price.

Grainger ether has or can get ANYTHING you need or want! Theyre being very strict about Covid rules so order ahead for pickup.

Terrible service, called to order a simple part and stayed on hold for close to 20 min. Hung up and called again 15 min no answer. Never again.

I went here to get filters and the two ladies were absolutely helpful and delightful to talk to and very professional. Totally recommend

We were in need of some corner guards for our company. We were promised multiple times that the corner guards would arrive on a specific day. If you promise something, you need to consider any possible delay from your part, and UPSs part. We had a contract to keep and a timeline. Thanks to Grainger, we lost time, money, and patience. If they would have told me from the start that there was a possibility that it would not be here the Friday, and instead the Monday, we would have gone to the competition from the beginning. Customer service, was terrible as well.

I was in a few weeks ago and it was my first time ever being at Grainger. In fact I had never heard of you guys until another supply company recommended that I try you out. I was looking for a part for an obsolete piece of restaurant equipment and the guy at the counter went digging through the internet at all kinds of sites and parts manuals. He finally came up with a solution for me and coming to find out would be able to get it within a day. I would like to thank Casey by name for the attention that he gave me for what ended up being a $4.00 part. I spent 3 days looking for that part, I will remember to Think Grainger First and save some time!

Order arrived late. and guess what? totally not what I ordered. it did take a little bit of email back and forth..but once it was dealing with customer service on the phone..they went the extra mile and followed up to make sure we were cool...

They don’t have people answer the phone at 4pm I made a trip there and they do not have the capacitor like they showed on website as they do.

Called customer service this morning and the representative was so rude we decided to take our business elsewhere.
