We have bought pallet racking from here in the past and they have always treated us fair. The owner Web Brown is a fantastic guy to deal with he was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I recently won an auction for a box truck from them and the truck was in good shape and I got it at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for any of these types of needs. 60-70% of new price on worn out equipment. They use graingers inflated price as the base for their quotes, so theyre actually closer to full-new-retail. Stick to Craigslist or HGR INC if youre looking for a real bargain on used equipment, dont waste your time at ARS.
