S.E 44th & Bryant okc location, there is a young black male with long dreads who has half the store blocked off because he wants to mop when the store is at rush hour!! He is cursing loudly at customers, and calling customers out for respectfully walking over the cones and boxes trying to figure out how to get around the store...the poor girl at the register looks afraid of him and confused like all the customers🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ This location needs a better staff managers or just non-hostile, respectful, professional workers...This is sad to see there is someone else out there that really deserves that position!!!

7-11 should be ashamed that they allow crowds of homeless people to loiter at their store at N Independence and NW Expressway. NO one likes being called names or being aggressively panhandled by these people. Me and many other people in my nearby neighborhood all go to On-CUe now! Id give this review a zero but it wont let me.

7-11 employees at the store on NW Expressway and Mustang Road informed me that they have no intention of enforcing the mask mandate in their store because they dont believe in it, even tho it is required by the city at this time. I told them to take down their sign on the door then and replace it with No masks required. 7-11 has lost my business forever. On-QUE has better gas, better employees an much cleaner stores. ADIOSLOSERS!!!!

Nicole waldern made.fun of my physical disabilities while I was at the 10th street location between Midwest Blvd and Douglas. She is a terrible person and should not be teaching others while acting like that.

They no longer carry any kind of cheaper type water Ozarka water is gone at least every store Ive been too doesnt have any.

Not enforcing mask mandates even at locations with security guards like NW 23rd and Macarthur. Not even employees. I plan on calling the cops AND the city council. In the mean time I encourage everyone to take their business to On Que. Im a general manager and I know enforcing mandates is possible!!!!! Going to see if I can get 7/11 issued a fine. Terrible job. Thanks for being a part of the problem.

711 should be ashamed that they dont enforce customers wearing mask. They are one of the FEW companies that don’t enforce mask wearing. Is it greed or just don’t care as long as they get a sale?? My business will go to ONCUE or CASEYS for now on!!

I recently went into the store at NW 39th near Portland. I stood at the register while a clerk was talking on the phone completely ignored. I then went to another register where a trainee never greeted me, said thank you or gave me the time of day. This small location seems out of date to all the new locations and I just think maybe no one cares anymore about it. The employees could care less.

Went into 7-Eleven at 122nd and Pennsylvania at 5:15pm on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020. NO COFFEE! 8 empty containers and 3 employees standing around on their phones......and bugs flying around the creamer machine.....gross!

I personally observed 2 Norman and 3 OKC stores not enforcing mask requirements in compliance with Norman Mask Mandate and OKC Mask Mandate at the following stores:104th & S. Penn OKC134th & S. Penn OKC119th & S. May OKCRobinson and Flood Norman36th Ave NW & Rock Creek NormanContacted 7-11 Corporate and was told management from the stores would contact me...never heard anything further.

Worst “leadership and/or management” at the upper levels. . . Now all calls are directed to 7-Eleven Texas Corporate because it’s a mess. Now if there’s an issue the OKC office will give a number to call?!

Dont answer any phone calls

This Is supposed to be a 24 hour store however I pulled up at 3 oclock a.m. and the clerk in there had a door locked with a note on the door saying that would be opened in a hour. She just looked at me like I was insane for thinking a 24 hour store should be open. Hm...She wouldnt tell me why she wasnt opened up and continued to ignore me. I am furious

I think its extremely disrespectful that the store in Yukon on Reno and Czech Hall Rd. where the clerk was robbed and murdered is open today. There are plenty of other stores of yours open, making money. Showing some compassion for those who work there and the life lost is priceless. I will be finding another store for my gas and convenient store needs.

Im very disappointed that everytime I have had to go in and get gas people are not keeping there distance. I have had to ask people to back up away from me when Im at the register. The workers dont say a thing. Its posted on the door but in small print and nobody seems to care!! Needless to say I wont go in anymore but feel the stations that are open need to do more! The workers touch money and everything else then stock the customers cups and lids plus the customers touch them too! This is NOT SAFE!!!!!! They say no refills anymore due to the virus but whats the difference???? Yall need to do much better and also speak up and tell people to please keep a didtance!!!!

Phone getting picked up and hung up repeatedly. Trying to speak with an owner. 711 is losing business all over Oklahoma and Colorado because of this ONE franchise owner. Too bad. 711 has already released a statement that the opinions expressed by this 711 owner arent the opinions of 711, but these people dont care.

Your store in Noble Oklahoma is the nastiest store I have been in ever filth under and around your shelves. I used to go in there often but have started goung to another store. Went in today to give it another try and it was worse than ever someone needs to look into this.

Kenzie’s is very unprofessional. I was transferred to her office phone today at 2:43pm 12/31. She answered and left me on hold for 20 minutes the phone rerouted me to her desk and she picked up and hung up in my face. The receptionist is no help either. It should not be this hard to get info on how to get my w2 as a former employee.

I asked the cashier if she had a penny, and she said no. So I asked her manager, Andrew Stober if he had a penny and he said yes. The cashier, Jessica, at the 7-11 in Norman off of Constitution and Classen, got extremely, extremely hateful with me. Over a penny. She was rude, unruly and just downright hateful and I am at a loss over such horrible customer service. And all the manager said was he would take care of it. I told him I was turning her into the main office and he said he would take care of it. No, I will take care of it. Not ignore it, but actually am determined it will never happen again with her.

This store is always busy it seems, day or night. But the employees are great and the store is clean.

Still haven’t emailed or called me back after a week of waiting when it was said it would be two days with a guaranteed phone call or email stating the hiring verdict . When told it was going to be handled today for sure, still have received nothing

I went to the 7-eleven on Northwest 23rd and Penn to use the ATM this morning at 12 the clerk there told me and two other people that we can form a line at the ATM I asked why she said I dont need a reason so about 40 minutes ago I went back up there to use their little bill-paying machine the same clerk from earlier told me I had to leave I asked why she didnt give me a reason I asked for her name so I could Lodge a formal complaint I tried to read her name tag I ask her her name she just smiled at me and turned away
