I bought a truck for $8000 16 days ago and it has been in their so- called mechanic shop twice already!! Typical crooked car lot. Very useful during the sale, kind and personable people. But of course now that the truth is out in the light, the owner went on about all of his satisfied customers and didnt care the least bit that I am $400 out of pocket to get my truck back. This guy is a crook. Typical sleepy salesman. CAR SOURCE IS THE EPITOME OF A SLEEZY CAR LOT.EVERYBODY BEWARE

I have bought 2 cars from these people , one in July and another in Oct. and havent had one issue with the cars. The owner actually pointed out the cars I bought because he said they were what he would buy for his kids. So far so good. Im actually heading to buy another this week. He allowed me to make reasonable payments and gave an extended warranty which I havent had to use.. I feel like he is an honest man so I will be going back to get a third car.

Bought a car through them for $4000 only to last a couple days before the water pump went out. Took it to the in-house mechanic within 30 days and wanted to charge me $1000+ to fix it. It became un drivable and I had I towed to a shop where they told me the head gasket was blown for a while and needed a new engine. Do not buy from them youll wast your time and money!

Test drove a car, had a check engine light. Told me it was running lean. Cleared the code and drove it again. Did fine. Bought the car because they told me i was getting the Platinum 6 month 6000 mile warranty. Shortly after buying the code came on again and the motor started rattling. They had me take to their mechanic. Told them i could leave it, They had it for a week and I called. they hadnt even checked it out yet. Called again, said it was an o2 sensor and the non platinum warranty they sold me wouldnt cover it but i could replace the o2 sensors for 1000$. Took to my mechanic and he said it had metal in the oil and the code was pulling a catastrophic failure in cylinder 5. Dont buy from these crooks.

I purchased a vehicle yesterday. Got less then a mile down the road and every light on the dash came on! I returned to the dealership the following day and they are rude! Will not help fix the situation! He has given me every excuse in the book! I am at a loss for words to be honest! I can’t believe places like this get away with stuff like this! So I guess the only thing I can do now is get a lawyer involved and see where it go’s from there... I wouldn’t even give this place a single star to be honest! I am just completely baffled! I hope no one ever buys a car from here! They should be put out of business! This is wrong on so many levels!

A free warranty is nice but if your stuff isnt covered under it, it is an issue. Selling cars higher than reasonable amount. They are a family business and from the ground up are very nice but the business between them and the mechanic they recommend can seem strange.Initially took my vehicle to the mechanic and left it with him. Something seemed off so I wanted him to check. Kept seeing stuff come from the bottom, front side. I get it back and told that its fine. Later down the line, what was coming out was even worse. My car was overheating. It had an oil change and such before, from what the sticker said on it. I guess they didnt put coolant in it. A stitch in time saves nine but I guess the mech didnt see the stitch. Warranty didnt cover the issue. So I was out a good some for someone who lived off of paycheck to paycheck.The mechanic himself isnt mean-spirited and the owners are not mean either. Just difficult to work with company people when they already have your green and want more.Also, from what I was told, the mechanic has cancer, so that might be a reason you guys dont hear from him for sick days.2/5 because Nice people but I wouldnt purchase from them againEdit: This is for response from owner; You may not control what is on the warranty but you do control what you sell. That car is now broken down. You knowingly sold a poor vehicle for higher than it should be to a person who was buying a vehicle for the first time. Thats not gonna earn you any trust. It may be my fault for buying something with little knowledge but you cant act nice then do something shady . . . Also your a 1 star for me now, yeesh.I dont like seeing people giving me plastic smiles, you are a fake, a fraud, and swindler.

I bought a 2001 Lexus gs300 from them and it only lasted 3 months, I called for 2 months straight I even went up there to see if I could get some help but their mechanic was on leave because of COVID-19. When he was back to work I asked can I get some help now and they denied me because my vehicles warranty was expired and I couldn’t return it to get my money back. I’ve now had to replace the catalytic converter all sorts of gaskets, a new radiator, and a new body throttle. I wouldn’t suggest buying from them.

Do not buy from these people. Bought a car in the beginning of August and they still (middle of october) have not sent out the title. Ive called 7 times to get told the 1st time that someone on their staff was out with Corona and could not do the title. Okay, understandable but that was a month after purchasing the vehicle. The 2nd time someone told me they would call me back only to never receive any call backs, and ect with the other calls. The last call I made wasnt so pleasant. After getting hung up on 3 times and threatened to have the police called on me (I mean go for it buddy) they obviously dont know i am a persistent person, they finally told me that they couldnt find the title and that we can get it the next day. Its been 3 MONTHS! Worse place i have ever bought a car from.

Purchased a car here less than one year ago. Their mechanic told me the car just needed the motor mount fixed, not knowing other mechanics, I took it back to them to fix. Im honestly not sure what the biggest mistake was, getting the car here, or having it fixed by his mechanic. Mechanic said he fixed my car, two months later, its on the side of the road, and Im out of a car, for a problem the mechanic fixed. Bottom line, unless you have money to waste, dont buy your car here.

I bought a Pontiac g6 V6 about 5 months ago. At first my car was fine I test drove it and it was good. One of the owners told me that my car may overheat but they would fix it and I get a 6 month warranty. 2 weeks later my car starts overheating more and my car started falling apart. I took it to their mechanic Paul and he fixed it 3 times. He “fixed” my fuses, heat, radiator (twice) thermostat, temp sensor, and a few other things I can’t remember because so much work was done on it I paid him $325 to fix it and it came back still not fixed. Also when my car broke down on the side of the road I called carsource and they told me Paul and a tow truck was coming. Well when Paul showed up he said the tow truck was $75. I became aggressive because i paid my car in full $3400. He walked to his car and left me stranded with my child in the car and I had to walk home. Also Paul the mechanic is a creep he texted me asking for sexy pictures I highly do not recommend buying a car from these unprofessional old pervert men. See you guys in court!!!

Sold fiance a lemon and took them a month to fix. She bought a vehicle with a warranty but they wouldnt ever set it up, so we never got a rental or loaner car from them, just out the money we paid and a car. Make sure you bring a mechanic with you, some of the cars look like they could be good deals but we have learned If you know nothing about cars they are going to play you like a sucker. So please go with someone who is experienced or a mechanic

I wish I would have read through all of the reviews before purchasing my vehicle through them. Remember if it sounds to good to be true it probably is!!! My husband and i went car shopping with my babies. It was freezing cold outside ( keep that in mind) we found the vehicle we liked. The man even offered to extend my warranty by an extra 3 months to give me 6 months in total because i would be driving my kids around and he wanted them to be safe. My husband test drove the vehicle and let the man know he thought something was wrong with the wheel bearings. They promised that if we purchased the vehicle we could bring it back after making an appointment and they would replace the hub assembly. I also asked about the air conditioner. It was to cold to actually see if it was working properly but the man assured me that it was but if we had problems they would repair it as well. So we bought the vehicleWithin 3 weeks the wheel bearings were shot all the way out on my car and it could no longer be driven safely. I called the car lot from my daughters doctor office and they had their mechanic call me. He offered to tow the vehicle if i could get my insurance to tow it as close as possible under what was covered. My husband ended up having to limp the vehicle to them. They said they would repair it so we left it with them. Once they priced the hub assembly for the vehicle they called and told me that they never said that and i would be responsible for paying for the repairs my self or i could come pick up my car as is un- safe to drive. I asked about the wartanty and was told by their mechanic that works at the little shop behind them that he certifies the cars for them and all though he is a certified mechanic for their warranty company he couldnt fix my vehicle inder the warranty because it would be a conflict of intrest since he was the one who certified it for the car lot stating it was a good used vehicle. I threw a fit and demanded they stood by their promise. They said they would. They. Called me a week later told me it was finished to pick it up. I took it and imagine that it wasnt fixed and im lucky the wheels didnt fall off. Called them and they asked me to bring it back. The mechanic blamed it on another guy that works the weekends for them. Asked me to leave the car again. Once again 3 days later they called me stating they werent going to fix the car. Took me a month to get my car back from them. The mechanic even blocked my number while.my car was still in their care. All 3 of the men i dealt with are nothing but scam artist. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT HOLD THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN. I got screwed because i paid in full.

Cars are extremely over priced and no where near what they charge for it.. I purchased an car that began to break down the second I left the lot.. even with a 3 month warranty they informed me the would not be able to help. Some one was always going to get back to me when the manager of owner was available all this while never asking for contact information. Eventually they were screening my calls and just stopped answering from my phone number. This was during normal business hours. Once I began calling blocked or from another phone I got an answer. Theyre idea of good sales is to sale at any cost.. lies and all.

Wow! So many cars under $3000 all in one place, It has been so hard to find a car in my price range and I went to 6 or 7 dealers and only found two cars under $3000. Here, I found car after car under $3000 and I bought a Nissan Maxima that is great. Ill be sending my brother back here.
