This was a granite job: i thought Summer the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly , and what we wound up with completely transformed our home! The install went well on schedule and on time . Bring your rough measurements with you so Summer can show you what pieces you can use or need slab for bigger projects. Their competitor charged 200 for first cut out, 100 for each additional, and Summer Beat that and samePrice for all cut outs. Beautiful 1/4 bevel which would have been an up charge for competitor. The other company had a smooth salesman but Summer’s price was not beatable. I recommend paying close attention to communication, both giving and receiving, I had forgotten I agreed to removal of old countertops, but last minute they rallied and helped me finish the removal for a very reasonable fee. They even stayed late because of my oversight. Highly recommend!! Just listen closely and check the details before installation, well worth it.

April 13 Tuesday 4:02 pm.. I just spoke to a male on the phone who responded with non sequitur that did not follow any of my questions. I asked to speak to someone else but he was the only one there (let him tell it). I eventually just hung up after repeating and rephrasing the question 3 times. The only good thing about this company is that the unpleasant costumer service was displayed in the beginning. Dreadful services like these often pretend to be nice and professional in the beginning, then dupe customers when they’ve collected funds. They kept it real....... I appreciate them for letting me know to take my business to a better company. 👍🏼

BEWARE!!!!!! ***POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE*** No-showed, no call for an appt that had been made 2 weeks prior. We called them because they were the ones we bought the counter from originally and needed 1/2 more taken off.

I NEVER write reviews, but the service that we recieved from this company was amazing. They were honest and upfront with the bid and we were extremely satisfied with the work they did installing granite through out our home! Super Affordable, Fast Installation Thank You! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a business thats best avoided. We spent $15,000 and these folks have made it a very, very bad experience because of their unwillingness to follow through on their promises.The pictures posted along with this review probably explain it pretty well, but feel free to read more if youd like more details:**Please note that I will edit this review if and when Arch Granite decides to stand behind their work**Heres what happened:The scheduling for the cabinet install went well, but when it came time for the install, one of the cabinets with an exterior-facing finish had holes drilled into it for screws and was completely unusable finished surface. Explained a different way, the cabinet was made to be installed between two other cabinets, so the side wasnt finished properly.I brought this to the attention of the installers, and after calling back to the office they assured me that they would be able to order a skim panel to cover up this glaring issue. The manager called me and apologized for the inconvenience and promised that the skim panel was on order.About two months later, I still had not heard anything from them. I called again, and once again received promises that the panel would be ordered and installed.After almost a year of dealing with an unfinished cabinet, I again called the store and asked when we could get the issue fixed. I was informed by the manager that because the cabinets were only warrantied for a year, they wouldnt be fixing the cabinets and told me to use some wood filler or something to fill in the holes. Shocked, I asked her again if she meant that they wouldnt help us by ordering a matching skim panel.After a week or so, I got a call from the owner and he assured me that he would send out an installer to come out and fix the issue because it was clear that this was an issue on their end. After months, I still have not heard from anyone or seen any follow-up and Ive pretty much given up hope that this will be fixed.Someone at Arch Granite, if youre reading this, please, please help me get this fixed. Theres no other way for us to get the same skim panel from anyone else, and I dont know what else to try.

Excellent Install, fair Price.We purchased our granite slabs from Pacific Shores and then had Arch Granite fabricate and install the product. The install was very fast and they knew what they were doing. They were also able to utilize the extra large slabs so that I did not have any seams (which is rare given the length of my kitchen island.I was a little nervous up until it was installed, things that we spoke about on the phone I feared would not be translated to my actual order. So they did not make me feel very comfortable in that regard. In the end though, the granite came out perfect and the price was very fair considering we bought our slabs elsewhere. I am using them again this Friday for an install at a rental property, using their granite. Will update this review if anything changes.PS. as with all granite, you need to make sure the product is sealed well. I recommend testing it after the install and sealing it yourself if needed. Arch does not seal the granite after install (which is common for installers)

We had a kitchen remodel done by Arch Granite one year ago in April. We are extremely happy with the work performed. For us, the price was awesome compared to any other quote we received, including the big box stores. We picked our design, colors and granite countertops and scheduled the install date. We did all of the demo ourselves and they did the complete install. We are extremely happy with our dream kitchen and the easy close doors and drawers are amazing. The spice rack drawer is a special bonus they just threw in to take up a narrow space instead of putting in a dummy cabinet door and we love it!! We have no complaints with the timeliness and customer service. There was a bit of language barrier, but in no way affected the final outcome. I remember seeing negative reviews, but am so happy we gave them a chance. I agree with the last reviewer on here that its usually only people who are unhappy that post, which is why I took the time to FINALLY write a review. The people here are friendly and knowledgeable and will do anything they can to design your dream space.

Im absolutely thrilled with my kitchen the whole process has been fantastic from beginning to end and thats never happened in a project remodel before. My kitchen is small and not fancy but Brandon took exceptional care to detail as he did with his beautiful elegant kitchen project( I saw pictures).I discovered them from an ad not word of mouth but I have been so pleased that I wanted to post a super positive review!

I had a kitchen remodel done by Arch Granite and wasn’t sure what to expect from them because they were fairly new to the area. For me, the price was great compared to any other company in my area. I finally came to an agreement with design and color and gave the okay to continue. I’m glad I did this. Anywhere there is a seam, it is almost invisible and color/pattern match was great. I have no complaints with the timeliness and customer service that I’ve received. Sure there was a bit of language barrier at first, but anyone with patience can overcome that and come to a complete understanding. The work they performed took my fairly new home and gave it that extra spunk I was looking for. It made my kitchen feel brighter and bigger and I gained cabinet space with all the features I needed. I see that a few people have posted negative reviews and made the ratings low for his company, but I believe that’s because all the satisfied customers are not thinking about posting any reviews. The people here are easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable and will do anything they can to design your dream space.After I had my kitchen done, I’ve come back to them for odd jobs such as kitchen table tops and slabs just to use as work surfaces. The installs they do are very sharp and clean and so is the granite preparation. For those that don’t know, granite needs to be sealed after instal and periodically to prevent stains. Arch Granite can supply you with the sealant that you need for that. I would recommend buying that sealant to protect your investment. I will continue to use this company for my needs in the future.

I researched and researched granite companies in OKC when planning to update our kitchen. I wanted a good price but I also wanted good customer service and a company who would stand behind their work. I went to so many places before I decided to use Arch Granite and I am so pleased with my decision. I read the reviews on Google and was worried because some of them werent good. I spoke to several of the granite wholesalers and they assured me that Arch was reputable. I checked out their BBB rating and they have an A+! Comparing their prices just confirmed my decision.Summer was so helpful from the first time I stopped in. She even texted me a picture of new slabs of granite that she thought I might like right after they came in! In the end, that is the granite we ended up going with!We scheduled the installation and they called to remind me. Three installers came at 9:30 and left at 5:00 and worked the whole time. I never saw them even take a break! They were SO polite and careful. They made sure I was happy with the job. They cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job.You cannot go wrong with Arch Granite. For price and service, they just cant be beat. Thank you Summer and the whole team at Arch.

NEVER, and I mean NEVER, use this company!!! The installed faulty granite at my parents house in Edmond and they DO NOT stand behind their product. They kept sending people out to clean it and their cleanings never worked. Their owner, Jeff, never returns phone calls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT A GOOD GRANITE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!

My countertops look amazing! They did such a good job on my countertops and backsplash.
