This morning was raining when I arrived at the store. I was greeted with enthusiasm and smiles by the folks at counter. My order was processed and off to the yard for loading my stuff. The two men in the yard were hustling and getting meoaded. Their assistance flagging my extended load on my pick up was a #safety awesome. Its a pleasure shopping at Fox! 🇺🇸

I was going in with a big order. They immediately asked me to wear a mask, which I did not have. He told me to buy one or leave. Not everyone wears masks and I respect their store policy of mask wearing but u lost 2 big sales. Im building and so is my brother. Bad move for Fox to be so rude.

Good place to get lumber and supplies. A city business that is very customer friendly. Normally cheaper than the big box stores. Better selection on wood than most big box stores. You can get more sizes on fencing and posts. Some may have to be ordered but arrive in 1 or 2 days.

Always had great success here. People have always been helpful and they carry a lot of things you cant find elsewhere. May they always be in business! 🙏

Love this place. They have more of a variety and they load it for you. The prices are cheaper and you dont have to wait in line like the regular home improvement stores. I really never understood why people would buy high priced home improvement stuff from the big chain stores when we have this place right here in Oklahoma City.

Called all over Oklahoma City trying to find 6-foot by 8-foot fence panels finally found them at Fox building supply located at Southeast 89th and shields once I came here I purchasetwo fence panels for $64 and some change I took my receipt around the side and attempted to pick up my fence panels where I was told that unfortunately I would be unable to pick up my panels due to my vehicle. I drive a very large Yukon XL with racks on the top and their sign clearly states that the customer is responsible for securing their load yet this location refuses to allow me to get what I paid for and secure my load and drive one mile down the road to o to my house. Always came here for great prices and selection will never return.

Fox has got what you want....

As a previous review stated, they told us to buy a mask too. This was even after informing them about a medical condition and they still said you still need a mask to shop here.

Not impressed. Went in to order over $1000 in lumber and the sales person was about the most unhelpful non-communicative person I e ever had the displeasure to work with. When the lumber was delivered - great delivery guys btw - all but 2 of the cedar posts were weathered like an old fence. Definitely no attention to detail or concern that a project look good. Prices are comparable to most other places and, had I known in advance the quality I was going to get with the posts, I should’ve gone to a competitor and received a grade of cedar lumber one would expect without having to ask - NOT WEATHERED!!! Definitely won’t be wasting my money here ever again and cannot recommend anyone else does either based on my experience.

Just called for estimate on replacing all my windows and was told that they do not come out to the home and measure windows unless they are doing the job. I will go elsewhere.

The guys at the front desk are clueless. Unprofessional, Incompetent, dont know anything about lumber, lack of job knowledge, no training. Uncooperative. Poor customer service. All they do is lay back in their chairs, eat and drink. They need to be working at mcdonald or taco bell. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible experience. Lazy workers. Made me put 4 6x6 14footers in the back of my truck by myself. Took my material to parking lot and unloaded and left. I thought they were gonna come and help me but they never did. And Im a woman.
