This place is great for any tactical shopping. They have gear and practical clothing for men and women who like to carry any weapons of any kind. They have pants that will work for the range or for business casual and they are very durable and pant sizes can range anywhere between 40 and 80 bucks. But they have a proven reputation of lasting through just about any wear and tear one can put on them.

5.11 Customer Service has gotten a lot better compared to the past reviews!I had incomplete order and they forgot to ship my plate carrier. Trisha from Customer Support made it right!No place is perfect, but at least theyre making improvements and care for the customer! I will be buying from them again!

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about products. Good selection of mens gear and boots but extremely limited in options for women.

I went into this store the other day and had a wonderful experience. The sales associate helped answer every question I had and ran down the answers to the ones he didnt know off the top of his head. He took the time to fit me to find the gear that worked the best and everything I wanted to look at was in stock and ready to purchase. If your looking for excellent customer service and great selection I suggest you stop in and give them a shot.

Quality, durable clothing and light gear at a very reasonable price. If you want walmart prices and walmart (poor)quality then go to Walmart but if you want items that stand the test of time, wear and tear, shop at 5.11 Tactical.

Nice people inside there I talk to 2 gentlemen today that were very knowledgeable about their products I even asked them to show me a couple of things throughout the store and they were on point a new product with the same when they say it.

Thay are all friendly an happy to help.i give it two thumbs up.

There was a guy who doesn’t want to come out to me probably thinking I’m not going to afford prices and just window shopping. He chosen to help others people who came after I came in to store but end of the shopping I spent 400$ with total. Pretty unwilling person to deal with in service industry. Please find yourself a job you don’t really deal with people.

Too notch store. Went in with pictures of my husbands favorite shirt and pants (its his birthday) the young lady took me right to what I was looking for, and I told her he could always use a new hat for his patch of the month, and she hooked me up. Great quality, great service.

Always love their tactical and heavy-duty products. Plus you can never go wrong with some more patches and coffee.👍💯

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Good prices. Wish they gave veterans discounts. It is after all a tactical shop.

Some of the salesmen have been super helpf, some not as much I just wish they carried their better colors in bags like online.

Un - professional, un- American . Have always liked 511 tactical gear. I own quite abit of it. You lost several customers today. Will never support your business again. To hell with their OKC location especially.

Always ready to assist in this shop in OKC. I would encourage the interaction as many things have gone into these products worth knowing and not just feeling. Mechanical denim & why, tear resistant fabrics, tour og a proper range bag...stop by.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and I get to check out all the products right there an there. Plus they are very knowledgeable on the products that they have, including letting you know which product is more suited for you!I do love that on one Saturday per month they have people that come and teach classes, FREE!So come check then out!

Great selection. I love being able to put hands on the gear I want. When they have sales you can find great deals. If youre looking for a bug out bag / go bag, start here. Their medical pouches are also great.

My husband loves this store. He bought some high quality pants he wears daily. Everything in the store is high quality and I would highly recommend if you have a spouse in the military or a laborer to invest in quality clothing that they have.

Excellent service, and in depth help from the staff. A little smaller of a shop than most but still have a lot of potential to grow. These guys really value customers loyal to the brand and lifestyle 5.11 emmits, as it should be. Added another decal to the rack shield of my 5.11 Tan Tacoma!

I love this store! When the wife wants to go walk around Target across the street, you will find me here. They have some really cool tactical gear along with some good practical items as well. Surprisingly they have good sales on flashlights (50% off!) Somewhat regularly.

Friendly service. They had everything you would have to order online. If they werent there. So ots continent.

They dont carry 28W 30L pants at all and when you try to go on their website to order them with two day shipping theyre no longer offering that Ill just buy from one of the many other tactical brands

Im a big fan of 5.11 as they seem to make some pretty great products. Its awesome being able to walk into a store that contains more than one or two random items and instead most of their product line. From pants to shirts and bags they have it all.

Very friendly staff! It was my first-ever time in the store yesterday, and the staff helped me find the product that I needed and got me checked out quickly. Will definitely be back!

If your looking for ladies tactical clothing and accessories you might as well to go the website. The options, and sizes are limited.If your a man looking for your tac gear. Come on in. A solid 3/4 of the store is dedicated to getting in touch with your inner Tac greatness.The staff are exceptional. They let me try on and fuss over the few things I found and thought would work well to conceal carry. I was there for a LONG time trying out options and the staff had great suggestions and positive advise even though I ended up not finding what I needed.

THEY HAVE BLACK RIFLE COFFEE! not a lot of random merch just what you are looking for. Pants, t-shirts, tac gear, flashlights, hats, boots (grey/black/tan), glasses, backpacks. Look at the online store and you will get a good idea. Boots, glasses, and backpacks are in regs with subdued logos. Great prices awesome customer service very helpful with helping you get what you want.

Lots of cool gear and clothing. Prices are high but comparable to what the gear costs online and here you can handle it and try it on, plus the gear holds up really well.

Great store everyone there greets you and tells you about the sales that are going on and if you ask them about something there they tell you everything about it.

Ive spent a lot of money at 5.11... both in store and online. Ive been waiting 2 months for a refund with an online purchase and they are a nightmare. I doubt Ill ever get my money back. Im going to file a dispute with chase today. Im done with all 5.11 stores and online.
