I hate to leave a one star for any place, but I believe this is unacceptable. I do not have a problem with the ambiance or the customer service. I have a problem with ownership. I was told that they stopped carrying a product due to price fluctuations. This is common in every business, but the liquor store a mile away kept the product in stock and did not change prices. When I came back to the bottle shop, the price had gone up. I have over a decade experience in the liquor, beer, and wine industry. Prices fluctuate, that is the nature of the game. Dont take it out on your patrons. I will be going to boulevard wine and spirits from now on for my alcoholic beverages.

This place is great, wide variety of wines, beers, and liquors. This place is easily accessible from the highway and from Memorial Road. On the rare occasion of them not having a drink available, they can order it and it is usually there within about 2 to 3 business days. If all else fails and youre hungry after you get your drinks, there is a Japanese and pizza place in the same Shopping Center. They also offer military discount.

Staff is super helpful as well as friendly, and their selection is great ranging from cheapskies to very good quality on all liqueurs.

This was my first liquor store, I didnt know what I was doing or what I liked. The staff was really helpful and kind, and since then theyve given me tons of new suggestions and helped me expand my tastes. This place is great and no matter where I live in Oklahoma City I will always shop here, they truly care about their customers.

If you are looking for great customer service... these guys have it. Having a party? They will find crowd-pleasers that will make you the host of the year! On another note, I went in and told them what I was having for dinner and they found the perfect wine! These guys have the knowledge to help you find the perfect drink for any occasion!

Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable. As far as wine goes I dont know my cabs from my reislings, but I know what I like my wines to taste like. When I go in all I have to tell them are what my tastes are or what I want it to taste like or what Im serving and Im always pointed in the right direction. Not once I have I been disappointed in their recommendations. Would highly recommend them to anyone

My friend and I went into The Bottle Shop searching for a specific beer. Jevon, a great employee, showed us exactly where to go, and offered his time to discuss other selections. Great place, great location and above all else it was the best experience to go in and talk with Jevon! Good job!

Just a bit disappointed. We decided to stop here because it was convenient on our drive home. When i walked in i was greeted and everything was pleasant. The young man who helped me was letting me know that liquor store business was getting hurt by the law that was passed allowing grocery stores to sell beer and wine. He prepared me for the price of the simple bud light platinum--which was 17.85$, definitely higher than normal but was prepared to buy no matter what. I mean, I get it. -- he then offered a lower price for supporting local shops and going with them. I paid and he asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined and he again assured me he gave me a discount and charged me only 15 bucks. I went on my way. I get notifications on my spending and low and behold, got charge the original 18. I mean, I was going to but it anyway. You didnt have to keep lying about appreciating my business and bc of that you were hooking me up. Lol. Just rude and not understanding how this will bring anymore returning customers. I feel used. Oh well.

This is my go-to liquor store! I have been shopping here for almost 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The selection is not only great but the people who work here are amazing and have never steered my wrong with any suggestions. I have even had a bottle replaced for free by them because the cork broke in the bottle. I recommend this place to my friends amd family.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Dont go here unless you like to be treated badly.Im visiting my daughter from Texas. This was the closest liquor store that popped up in Google.The bad experience was with the one older, short man with piercings and tattoos. The younger man was pleasant. The short man was Arrogant and racist! Having to see the accelerated prices is one thing....This guy, whomever he is supposed to be to that store, provided no service to me. I was looking at the different wines; zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc. Never was I asked if greeted.There were 3 other people in the store I never heard him tell them he needed to see their identification. I was there with my daughter. As soon as I got to the counter, he wanted to see my daughters id. I was the one buying, not her. Because she didnt have her drivers license in her, he told her to leave. His tone, body language was uncalled for.My money helps in income and brick and mortar.I will be filing a complaint.

The guys in here are fantastic. I dont know their names yet, as Im still new in town, but every time I go in they offer help making selections without being too pusby or salesman-y. They help my girlfriend pick out beers when she picks some up for me, and even carry it to the car for her. Keep doin what youre doin, dudes.
