You never get out of the vehicle, you can count on being out in 7 to 8 minutes. The prices depend on the oil you choose. They carry synthetic, synthetic blends, regular and cheap. Never in a dozen trips have I been disappointed or worried about the work. Other mechanic services are available, I have not used them for repairs.

The guys at meridian lube are great. This was my first visit, I needed new brake pads. Pricing was discussed before anything was done to my car. Everything was explained to me in words I could understand and I didnt feel dumb for asking questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be back for more service. Also the work done on my car was quick and efficient.

I went for an oil change and oil filter change on September 17,2021... since that day my car isn’t ok! Barely wants to start, will just die out of nowhere, I’ll be driving and then it won’t accelerate, making weird noises, I went back, they insisted they did nothing wrong, but I’ve never had an issue with my car until this day! One guy was trying to say one thing and the other said that that guy didn’t know what he was doing bc he was new... well he was the one who did my oil change! I believe they did something wrong but don’t want to admit to it! Then proceeded to tell me it’s bc my car is OLD!! It’s 8 years old!!!!!! I’m taking it to get looked at ASAP and will be reaching out to the owner bc of the way they handled the situation! I’m so upset bc this is my only means of transportation and I’ve literally had no issues whatsoever with my car until they did an oil and filter change... and it took them less than 10 mins to do alllll of that! I’m highly upset and would NOT recommend!!!!!

Came in and got great service getting my brake pads changed! Friendly and quick! I came back a week later because I felt my brakes slip twice. Turns out I had mud and dirt jammed into my brake pads due to living on a dirt road. They took the time to take all of my tires off and clean my brake pads! They could have just told me thats what needed to be done, but they took care of it to make sure my family and I stayed safe. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know and come back in the future. Thank you for your hard work!

Bought a Groupon and ended up owing an additional $25 after the fact. Service was okay but next time I’ll just go to Toyota dealership as it is surprisingly cheaper than going here. Plus the dealership will do an all point inspection

Went in for a brake job. Expecting them to hit me with the you need new rotors and all the extras that most places try to hit you with. Not only did they not try to sell me stuff I didnt need they charged less than what I was quoted and had the car back to me in about an hour. I only saw one guy working in the whole place that day. I would say that was good service. Will definitely be going back.

Top notch will be back over and over very satisfied customer when I pulled up there was four cars in front of me and didnt even wait over an hour and Im in and out of there 45 minutes and I was done and so is all the other cars in front of me and they dont cheap out they tried to save me money and it was a great experience I trust these guys and Im very picky with my cars cuz I just dont trust people to do their job right and they did their job 100% will be back over and over

Took my truck in for a tune up spark plugs and wires replacement, they totally screwed my vehicle up, caused damage to the back bumper , ended up with a valve hose leak, and a stripped spark plugs, then they refused to fix it, bottom line was driving my vehicle everyday never once quit on me, left there after they worked on it and was sitting on the side of the road.

Was promised in writing that they would honor my full break repair. Upon returning they refused to honor it with the managers written agreement to do so. Will be reporting to BBB for refusal to complete paid services. Jiffy Lube is a more honest shop to use instead.Edit: Was also brought to the back and asked if I wanted to try working on the car myself. :/

I’ve used this place for an oil change before and they were fine, I had no issues with customer service, so this morning at 9:30am I called to ask when I could bring my car to get brake pads replaced, the guy who answered the phone told me to be there around noon, I got there “around noon” and one of the guys outside told me it would be another 2-3 hours, I asked if I could schedule a time for later next week, the guy said “no, just come back” so I got in my car and called one of the larger chain places nearby, they got me in within 30 minutes of my call, and I’m now able to continue safely driving my car no thanks to this place. If you need something other than an oil change, go elsewhere.

Ive been going here for routine oil changes on both of my cars for the last two years. This is literally the fastest oil change Ive ever had and the gentleman that services my vehicles is always personable and kind. An opportunity arose for me to sell my older model Honda and the purchaser (my brother in law) wanted the necessary minor repairs completed quickly. The first place I called was Meridian Lube & Auto Repair, as Id had numerous conversations with the service tech about the car each time hed done my oil changes. They got our car in the next day and had all repairs completed and parts installed within the day and even showed my wife how damaged the old parts were and explained how they work. The car drove better than it has in years, which made me feel even better about my brother in law buying it! These guys have cemented me as a customer as long as it remains under the same ownership/ staffing.

(4 Days Of Straight Bad Luck, I Guess...) Ive Had 2 Days Of Bad Experiences With This Place Of Business. Started Out With Groupon Not Wanting To Accept My Form Of Payment ( Regular Visa, American Express & MasterCard) Took 2 Days For The Payment To Process (Suppose To Take 2 Hours). July 2nd It Finally Went Through. Went To Meridian Lube . After Brake/Rotor Inspection Turns Out More Than Brakes Needed To Be Replaced. (Groupon Already Redeemed) Front Passenger Rotor And Brake Caliper. An Additional $322 That I Didnt Have. (Husband And I Recently Lost Jobs Due To COVID-19). GM Jerry Wasnt Able To Do Anything Because Caliper Was Froze. We Were Temporarily Okay With Bad Rotor. He Gave Us A List Of Stuff We Needed With Pricing And Tax/Labor. Said If We Can Get A Caliper Or Come Up With Money We Could Come Back And He Would Still Honor The Brake Replacement Groupon. Even Said He Would Top Off Our Oil For $5. We Were Happy With That. Went To Pull A Part The Next Day And Bought A Rotor. Called Jerry Immediately And Asked Him If He Would Honor That Today Because It Was Almost Closing Time For Them, He Said Yes It Was Fine. I Live All The Way In Moore, Barely Having Any Brakes i Got To The Location Less Than A Hour After Speaking To Him. I Pull Up And Handed The Caliper To Him Just To Get More Bad News, From His Boss. Apparently My Groupon Voucher Was Removed? After Being Redeemed?? How So?? Denying A Pregnant Woman Service EVEN THOUGH I HAVE IN WRITING THAT I COULD COME BACK WHEN IM READY FOR BRAKE REPLACEMENTS SIGNED BY JERRY HIMSELF. Im In Fear Everyday Of My Life Because No One Is Willing To Help Me With My Brakes!This Place Of Business Created A EXTREMELY Unsatisfied Customer. I Have 10 Years Of Gm/Management Experience And I Know If The Roles Were Reversed I Wouldve Went Above And Beyond To Make My Customer Happy, Given That The Coupon Was Purchased Through Groupon, THATS STILL YOUR CUSTOMER. Went to have an upper radiator hose leak issue fixed. the problem persisted. brought it back on their schedule - issue was supposedly corrected. They did not believe me when I explained what the car was doing and now the car has further damage and a head gasket leak. Would not recommend.I would not trust a place that cannot correctly diagnose the problem, insist you have the other things fixed on your car and then tell you that they guarantee that it will fix the overheating issue when it doesnt.

This shop sucks so bad. Took my car to get a oil change, next day engined locked up. I had to take him to small claims court because he, Mohammed, the owner & his father would not fix my engine, but offered me a discount on fixing it. Do they really think they will touch my car after a failed thing like oil change???? So i got the judgement against him, because based on the evidence the judge saw right thru his lying &^%!! I am still currently fighting with him to get my money $2500.00 . I have just hired a lawyer, and hell be paying me much more than that now. Please do not go to this shop, they also have a car dealership on nw 39th, Kings Autos, they do half jobs then dont want to do the right thing & fix it. I have also filed complain with better business bureau, & have a lien on his business. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this place to get an oil change and they forced my drain bolt into the pan and stripped my oil pan drain! When i asked if they’d fix it they told me it was the last person that changed your oil and gave me a quote on how much they will charge me for stripping my pan. They even told me that my car will now have an oil leak because the thread isnt making contact. I later found out from another trusted mechanic that they, in fact, forced the bolt on not worrying about the bolt threads making contact with my oil pan threads and just kept tightening it. HORRIBLE service not recommended if you need good service done on your vehicle.
