The employees here are absolutely amazing! After having my dog chew through a power cable, I frantically needed a replacement fast. After walking in I was greeted promptly and helped immediately. I walked out with not only the part I needed on the spot, but also a feeling of relief to include a smile on my face!Giving them 5 star review due to stellar customer service, and in my book is everything! Highly recommended for your computer needs.

The guy in the front, Brian, has no clue on what he does and he refuses to listen to the customer. He worked on my laptop for several minutes for a simple fix and refused to ask for help. And he finally did and the guy was able to fix it in a minute. Plus, the minimum fee is $49 bucks!! Service cost must be communicated before starting to work on something and not after. Its a rip off.

I took a laptop in as it started making a lot of noise. Guy tried selling me a new drive when I was pretty sure it was a fan issue. Eventually got him to run a test of the fan and low and behold it was a problem. I did get the new drive as well since it was probably a needed upgrade. They replaced the fan but the noise got louder. Took it back in to get them to fix the mounting. He literally broke a piece of the case in front of me getting the screw out but said he would fix it. So I left it there. Took while over a month before I was able to get it back including multiple, should be done in a few days. When I got it back it was as loud if not louder. The laptop is permanently shelved and I am out a few hundred dollars. Find someplace else.

I used to recommend Digilink but will not do so any more. None of the employees wear face masks and they all seem very unprofessional. Brought my laptop in for a repair and I paid $50 for nothing. Not sure the guy working on it even knew what he was doing and barely spent any time on the repair. The issue was not fixed.

I used to think highly of digilink computers. They were my go to pro computer store. They had good stock levels on parts, reasonable prices and a knowledgeable staff.I recently called to inquire about a new cpu and was quoted a price that is $200 over MSRP. I looked up the same cpu at several other brick and mortar stores and sure enough, it was listed for the actual MSRP at all of them. In times of low supply and high demand, I want to shop at a store where they wont take advantage and price gouge. I may as well buy it from ebay for that price.

I came in to have them troubleshoot a blue screen issue on my new gaming PC. After a somewhat rude introduction, the staff member wrote down my issue incorrectly and the technician seemed to lack basic knowledge in regards to PCs (ex: did not know all Ryzen CPUs are overclockable). After they finally understood my problem they were unfortunately unable to fix the issue. Also, most of the staff did not wear masks. While the service was cheap, overall subpar experience.

I brought a laptop in for repair after a failed Windows update crashed it. The guys at Digilink took the time to troubleshoot and hunt down the issue, and were very reasonable with the repair fee. Highly recommended!

They have been great. I had them replace one laptop screen, transfer data and replace a stick of RAM on an older laptop computer. Matthew was very helpful and got everything taken care of for me super fast. I think I have found my computer guy!

They helped me a lot a few weeks ago with fixing my PC laptop. They helped me find the right replacement battery for it, replaced my battery for me, and sold me some good quality products at reasonable prices. I would definitely come back there for more computer help in the future.

People were very friendly. They ultimately could not fix my laptop and werent sure what the problem was. They werent going to charge me anything but charged me the minimum bench fee at my behest.Later, my uncle took a look at the laptop . He told me that the RAM in the laptop (2 GB) was not the RAM that the laptop was supposed to have come with (8 GB). Based off of what I was doing when the machine was working, I know it had to have had more than 2 GB in it. The store was expecting I dispose of the laptop, not that I would otherwise try to see it repaired, but if it were the case they kepy my 8 GB dimm thatd be sad. I never examined the machine myself, so I cant confirm it only has 2 GB, but I believe my uncle.Edit: My uncle sank a lot of money and time trying to fix that laptop. Some other place he took it to tried similar things and still never got it functioning. I think by comparison Digilink did a lot better job.

This is a very knowledgeable, helpful and customer oriented organization. We were welcomed immediately, our dog was even offered water and our technical difficulties were repaired. I would utilize this group again and recommend them to others.

He was able to fix it without ordering parts and was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. As a current college student on a tight budget he was able to help me keep my laptop running! These guys did a great job helping me out with a laptop. I acquired a laptop secondhand and needed to know what I needed to get it running. They took ten minutes and analyzed it on the spot with a few pieces of secondhand hardware that was in-shop. Turns out this laptop that I bought for 5 dollars only needed a new hard-drive. I bought one there and I was out the door with the computer Im using right now.

Digilink has repeatedly demonstrated excellent customer service and technical expertise. They helped me customize a discarded, aging machine and turned it into a high end gaming machine. They offer fast turnaround on repairs, and their cost is reasonable.

I have used Digilink to build computers for my consulting practice now for about 5 years. They consistently produce quality product and stand behind their work. The service dept. is excellent as well. Ive brought several home systems in for various issues and have walked away very satisfied with the job theyve done.

My laptop broke while they had it and they refused any responsibility. I brought my laptop in for a routine fix of a loose power jack. I was told it was fixed and picked it up. It still didnt work. I brought it back, they ordered a new jack, installed it and a week later told me it was fixed. It was not. In fact, they fried the motherboard. They refused to issue a refund or work with me in any way. Ive recommended them since the 90s, but I will never go back after learning how far they have fallen and how unethically they run their business.

Digi link is the best place in the USA to take a computer for repair or upgrade they are fast reasonable and so friendly its a great place to go

I have bought many computers from Digilink and been very satisfied with both quality and performance. Not a store you can just walk in and buy one off the shelf, but if you buy, you get what you need! The service is great!

Best-Buy recommended them, and I can see why. The charging port on my laptop got pushed too far inside, so the cable would not longer connect to charge it. Walley had it fixed in an hour for less than what it would have cost other places to simply look at it. Excellent, quick, customer service during a stressful, thesis-writing time.

I have shopped at Digilink for years for many of my and my customers computer parts needs. Sure Digilinks selection isnt that of a major online retailer, nor are their prices as low as the major online retailers (newegg). But what Digilink does offer is a convenient place to pick up a part or two right now. They stock most basic parts and have a pretty good selection of cables, accessories etc. Also, they seem to always be just about the lowest prices in town on computer parts (far lower than Vertex or KI). As I do computer work on my own, I have no experience with the service department.

Absolutely awful in every way possible. Took my laptop in because the display wasnt showing to the screen. They took my laptop apart, and then after a period of time, called me and said I needed to buy a screen on Ebay.I had already tried replacing the screen elsewhere, so I informed them of this. They then proceeded to make a bunch of guesses about what could be wrong with my laptop, told me a bunch of other things I could maybe buy on Ebay, and then awkwardly stared at me instead of offering any advice at all. They then told me I should probably just give up and buy a new laptop.Also, they were very rude throughout this entire process, while also somehow managing to be condescending AND uninformative. Dont go here unless you really love wasting your time.

I really couldnt tell you if the Okemos store is any good or not, since the guy behind the counter couldnt be bothered to get off his butt and help. Asked if they had a certain item, he waved his hand in a general direction and said, Over there. He wasnt helping anyone else (we were the only people in the store). Guess they dont need any business because they didnt get ours.
