The cashiers are great at their job. I would tell anyone to go there to shop and they have a lot of good things to buy.

The manager is always polite and respectful and they get to know every one of their customers on a personal level say hi to you goodbye to you just all around good people

I was accused of stealing yesterday by an off duty employee short female with dark greasy hair she blocked me from leaving the store stood in front of the door way an said excuse me sir i didnt see you pay for that which I did from the other cashier totally unacceptable then she continued to harass me in the parking lot I got your grand mothers license plate number and you on video harassing me I hope you lose your job

Just went into Family Dollar for the first time. I loved it and will be going back. The staff are really nice and helpful.

It was a good visit there for my first time was yesterday and the lady at the register was very friendly but when i went to exchange the manager took forever to.come up the lady at the register called her several times but she finely came.

Well i was hoping to find deals however what I found were high prices not reL friendly personal the milk prices are about normal lower than Walmart Sam Co is cheaper on milk. Cigarettes are expensive about 1.00 more then most places. Bathroom is clean , the isles are too small only one employee is nice and for that i give her 5♡♡♡♡♡♡ Lilly very courteous and helpful not rude . I bought a coffee maker and took it home made a pot if fresh coffee well it was fresh and COLD. Im taking it back today:(;(

First time going to family Dollar in oildale I gave it 4 stars because the store is kinda cluttered but the cashier that checked me out was so nice and respectful idk her name but she was younger girl kinda short so respectful (and you dont get that very often around here in oildale !)

Very rude yelled at me threw the bathroom door to hurry up in there after just got in the restroom.very very rude management also they put my items back on the shelve.very disrespectful and rude but said nothing to me when i came out of the restroom also front cashier was smiling as i walked out like it was funny.ill never recommend this store for anyone i know.
