So cute! This is nowhere near the gelato that you could actually get in Italy but it is different than a few of the ice cream places that are around here. I absolutely loved the extras that they put on there. Like the whipped cream and a little cookie. I thought that was just awesome touch. They give you way too much ice cream for your money, which is not a complaint.

Amazing. It is very nice place. The Gelato is delicious. I had spicy chocolate (Oh My Goodness!!) Salted Caramel and Cappuccino. What great service the young lady was so helpful, nice and had a wonderfully friendly smile. It was busy yet quiet and clean. A seat to eat outside. There was so much for a medium. My dish of gelato looked so cute.

A great experience, and truly authentic Italian Flavors. If you go, I greatly encourage you to go the fruit-flavor route instead of something like marshmallow as you will be blown away by how great it is.

Some of the highest quality gelato Ive ever had. The shop is small, so be prepared to wait a bit on a weekend, but its worth it. Great, creative range of flavors from fruits to chocolates. My favorite is the sea salt caramel!

This place is dangerous. Dangerously delicious! With all the gelato flavors available, if you cant find something you like, you dont like anything. But heres the kicker, I avoid ice cream-like products like the plague, my tummy is not happy with that much cream since a few years ago... and I have always loved ice cream. So, I decided, well I guess I can have the sorbet. Now my experience with sorbet before this has been extremely limited, so sorbet is OK... until now that is. I have had sorbet twice at Golosi and I never knew sorbet was so fricken fabulous. So stay away from this place, its addictive. Dang, I really want some Golosi right now.

Good sorbet. Lemon was best out of strawberry, cherry, mango, and lemon. Definitely was the creamiest.About what I expected. Good, but not worth traveling out of the way for.

Do not go into this store - the owner is ridiculous- we walked in with the intent of getting ice cream and did not have masks on - she screamed at us to get out if we don’t have masks. We went directly across the street to Whelan’s and were warmly greeted. This happened when the CDC lifted the requirement.

Golosis makes authentic from scratch Gelato using the best ingredients so it tastes incredible!! The owners treat their staff like family and their staff is so kind and welcoming. If you havent tried Italian Hot Chocolate this is the place to do so, you have to eat it with a spoon. A must try for all chocoholics!!

This is our favorite place to go for a treat in downtown Oconomowoc! They have plenty of dairy-free sorbet options, which is great since my son has food allergies. Great service, and delicious!

Had a lovely day, that ended with the best Gelato Ive experienced, and a friendly attitude from our server! Ate out on the benches and couldnt ask for a nicer feeling.

Gelato is consistently delicious, and the store is always very clean. This is a favorite spot to go on a Sunday night. Highly recommended. The only demerit is that they shut down the coffee machine early - no late night espresso!

Best place for gelato in Oconomowoc. Dine in service is currently closed, but benches outside and the nearby broadwalk leave you plenty of seating choices.1 size small feed both my kids and they let you pick 2 flavors per small so no fighting involved.Due to Cov-id, no samples currently but choices were easy with lots of flavors to pick from.

Unfriendly is the word to describe the experience. 3pm on a Thursday, a few people sitting in the window and nobody behind the counter. First thing that was noticeable was the handwritten sign saying only one sample per customer. Seriously? 40 unique flavors of Gelato and you dont want me to fall in love with more than one? OK - that is up to the owners. Finally after 3 minutes with no visible employees I found a bell to ring. A toad faced frump walked out of one back room area, glared at me and my wife and walked into another back room without saying a word. She emerged 30 seconds later wearing an apron and droned out the obligatory Can I help you? My instinct was to walk out, but I knew my wife wanted to try the Gelato. No smiles, few words and a curt monetary exchange finished off the experience. The product was great, but the service was terrible enough to make even the best flavor taste awful.

The owner literally picks the basil from her own garden to make their seasonal lemon-basil sorbet and it is so delicious! All of the flavors are so good and fun to mix together!

My wife and I were in Italy for 10 days earlier this summer. Each day we had Gelato at least twice.This place is just as good as any place in Italy.You want the real deal, go here.Only thing that wasn’t like an Italian gelateria was the portions. You pay twice and much but you get three times as much. I guess that’s America.

This place is really a special shop. Vast flavors and all done really well. It’s a gem and Oconomowoc is lucky to have it.

Lots of flavor choices and surprisingly low prices for a good amount of gelato, where even a small size lets you pick two flavors. Staff were also really friendly and offered nice suggestions for flavor pairings. I plan to stop back any time Im in town.

My husband and I have been to this shop quite a few times and weve loved it every single time. We stopped by after our dinner across the street tonight and I guess all of Oconomowoc had thought the same as us, as it was very busy. Weve had the pleasure of being served by this young woman Maggie before, and we honestly really adore her as a server. Tonight was no different! I cant tell you how many of the customers were talking about how lovely she was, she stayed calm despite the line was almost out the door and she was by herself. All I can say was I was very impressed with her and her wonderful customer service. I have a feeling that shes naturally that way but also compliments to her boss, you trained her well!Tasty gelato as always!

Just OK and heres why: some flavors are good but some flavors that should have fruit, cookies, or other items mixed in are extremely lacking. Tried the oreo and it was a scoop of vanilla with maybe 5-6 small pieces of oreo. Scoops are small for the price and Ive just had better. Its not worth the 20 min drive.

Lots of flavors and pretty cheap considering the amount you get. They also have hot drinks for thr winter and the gelato comes with a little cookie! Definitely coming again!!

Ive had Gelato all over Italy and this is the real deal. Their paninis are great and their espresso is crack. A unique gem in a classic Wisconsin town.

All the way in the middle of Wisconsin in a town called Oconomowoc will you find great gelato and coffee. Every flavor is good. You will not be disappointed. If you love espresso and want a taste of Italy. This is the place for you. If you are anywhere near or far from Oconomowoc take the trip.

After traveling around the United states for the past 4 years, this is one the BEST authentic Gelato places Ive dined at. They even make all the Gelato in house!! They now except credit/debit cards so thats a plus too.

Ive visited this shop a lot with my husband since the beginning of February, instantly loved the shop! The gelato is delicious but honestly one thing in particular has brought me back every time, the staff! One employee has brought me back every time, Maggie! I think a shop like golosi needs someone like her, she not only has beauty but an excellent personality. Shes relatable and funny, something that amazes me is how many love her! She has her own regular customers! Ive never, not once seen her act snobby or rude to a customer, she handles rude customers with grace. Its hard to find an employee like her, she speaks so highly of her boss, shes hard working, and has great customer service. You cant build a character like that, she is just so genuine but Golosi has done a wonderful job training her. I hope to see more employees like her as well as Sandra, another customer favorite!
