Great customer service my first time there and im surprised for the friendly people

Customer service could be better. I asked about ordering on the phone and was told to come in and that they will have paint ready in 5 minutes. But my actual experience (a number of times) was 15 minutes. Also they were evasive about the price difference between customers with or without an account. I asked 3 times and got no answer.

Incredible customer service, went above and beyond to help me with a small DIY project I brought to them. Reminded me of the paint store on the street I grew up on!

Lovely, helpful people and service. I really appreciated their attention to Covid-19 safety too, unlike what I saw across the street at Kelly Moore.

You can have all the paint material but parking is complicate.
