Terrible management, owner is full of himself, over his head in terms of scope and has no clue on employee morale or treating them right. Not to mention the lead supervisors attitude, physically being near him and youll see/smell he reeks of coffee, cigarettes and clinical halitosis.0/10 would find somewhere else to do business.
