Did temporary fix which cost me significantly and only lasted a short time. Now have to do more costly fix and will not credit partial what I already paid. Besides that I made an appointment for 9 am today and at 11:30 no show and they cannot tell me when they can come. This is unacceptable

This company was listed as a dealer for door king gate security systems. I called to schedule an appointment waited two weeks for the appointment my husband took off of work waited all day called and asked what time they were coming and the lady on the phone told me that theyre too busy for us theyre not coming and theyre not rescheduling me a new service appointment. Ive never heard of anything like this in my life ! we own two businesses and customer service is our number one priority its disgusting the way they treated me she hung up the phone on me and gave me attitude because I wanted a service appointment. Isnt that what you do? isnt that how you make money? I am apalled by the way I was treated. I hope you go out of business!
