Had a great experience here a couple weeks ago. On our way home from a weekend zipline getaway, we stopped in after passing by earlier. We gave the young lady working our ailments and she immediately showed us several items and a great deal of knowledge about each one. After I felt properly informed, i made a few selections and my daughter and I were on our way. I would like to thank the ladies working, and let them know their items have helped tremendously. I got a beautiful clear quartz with the 7 chakra stones on it. Bought it for a gift. Also bought a brass and mother of pearl dish and a crystal grid work book and grid plate. Excellent customer service.

This place is awesome. My sister brought me in yesterday for the first time, and I went on a crystal spree! Really reasonable pricing, super friendly staff, and sooo much to look at.I picked up some beautiful crystals, smudging goods, and a few herbal prerolls that Im pretty stoked about!A must visit if your in the area! Lots of natural products to check out. They also let us bring in my small 4-legged fur nephew, which was super sweet.

One of my favoritest shops in the Bay Area. I visited their location off Telegraph a few years back and Im excited to visit the Piedmont spot *very* soon. The staff were approachable, friendly and knowledgable in suggesting remedies for the sick and tired of feeling sick and tired issue I was having (adaptogens are awesome!!). After the loss of Elephant Pharmacy, this is my go-to for all things herbal, and its honestly made all the better with the sweet homey hippy magickal presence that is hard to come by. Thank you for existing!

Twisted Thistle staff is great. They are very helpful in answering questions about the varied selection of products. Prices are a bit on the high side but the advice that comes with them makes up for that. Worth it!

On Friday 9/7 I was running a few errands in the piedmont area and stumble across twisted thistle. I love teas and homeopathic remedies, so i decided to check out their tea selection. After a couple of minutes of reading their tea labels, I picked one up and turned around to ask the store clerk a question about the tea. When I turned around, i saw both the cashier and store clerk glaring at me. Unfortunately, as black person I know this watchful eye all too well . I asked the cashier my question and he responded. I was going to purchase the tea (even got on line with my card in hand) however, as I was on line, I saw a white male customer enter. The clerk and cashier greeted him but he didnt get that watchful eye treatment.In fact, as the cashier was assisting the customer a head of me, the store clerk left the main area. I noted the difference in treatment, so, I placed the tea back on the shelf and left.

Do not shop here. I called to ask what brand of Kratom they sell, and after the first employee was too confused to answer my simple question, a manager was put on who proceeded to inform that they have no idea where their Kratom comes from and “even if they did, they would be unwilling to share their distributor”. All in all, this seems like a very sketchy way to sell a product, and additionally, they cannot guarantee that what you are paying for is what you are receiving. One star only because that is the lowest rating available.

Hellllaaa overpriced Kratom. Canopy Botanicals offers more than 300g for about $30-$35 (with tax + shipping included!). this place charged me $20 for 28g (their cheapest green). this is an insane rip off.+ the woman at the front desk was rude, cold, and short with me despite my witnessing her very pleasant interaction with the customers right before and right after me. ill let you guess what the difference was.as i waited inside (it was super cold out + ive got a disability//chronic illness triggered by cold temps) to hear from a friend about if they still wanted me to buy something at this exorbitant price the woman at the front desk tried to kick me out about 10 minutes before closing. when i asked if i could still make a purchase she responded, well are you gonna buy something or not?i get the smallest amount available only to get home, dose, + realize the quality is totally subpar compared to my usual vendor Canopy Botanicals. luckily i recorded most of the interaction so i can add to my channel and warn others to avoid.
