Loads of vegan meats including vegan chicken, vegan shrimp, vegan fish, you name it!! Also some great ingredients for hot pot and so many fantastic products from Taiwan. They even carry my favourite Taiwanese bbq sauce that I got hooked on whist living in taiwan years ago

Wow!! Great prices, delicious fake meats that are ready to eat. I got some Thai style ready-to-eat chicken that was delicious and a great price. Also, I got a few bags of jerky for only $3 a piece. The owner was super friendly and offered help as I was looking. I love the variety of items and the great prices so Ill definitely be coming back. :)

I was told about this market by multiple people. It was my first time last week. Wow! All the fake meat products. It was super exciting getting to pick out all the yummy looking items to cook with. I definitely recommend the Lemongrass chicken, fake beef chunks, bacon, and jerky. All are amazing. Ill continue to support them and hope others do too.Did I mention theyre fully vegan?

After having spent some time in Taiwan, I wanted to recreate some of the amazing vegan food Id had there. Layonnas to the rescue! One of the best sources for imported, vegan, Taiwanese foods in the bay. She has the quick to prepare things frozen (steamed buns, dumplings), ingredients that are hard to come by (tofu skins) and some things that Ive only ever seen as garnishes that are quite amazing - if youve never had soy sauce paste, its an incredible way of adding flavor that really sticks to things like dumplings. Owner is super friendly and will help you find anything in her shop. Great spot.

Great little shop! Lots of variety and the owner is really nice! Not sure why a few reviews said otherwise. Appreciate the variety of imported hard to find goods. Definitely support this place.

Best vegetarian proteins in the Bay Area!

Went there today. I really love the products and the prices. Will be back. The guy was very helpful and friendly.

Be careful of the food quality here. I asked the store staff about the GMO, the answer was we do not have GMO products here. I know for a fact that the imitation meat from Taiwan are 99.99% GMOs. Last time I was there, I also saw signs the thawed frozen food got refrozen.I switched to Yang Kee Trading in Richmond, because the store owner was very honest about the GMO, and much nicer than Layonna.

The owner of the business has a terrible attitude, she yells at customers and tells people she does not care.I am not sure I want to eat anything from a source that was contaminated by an angry person.My friend told me that she bought a lot of food for the Buddhist temple, and she got yelled at all the time as well.
