Best portable toilet company in the world

Horrible service! Bad communication!! I asked for a portable cleaning toilet service a week ago! They told it was going to be ready for a specific they but no one showed up. On Thursday they told me it was going to be done on Friday and yet they didn’t show up. Once again I called Yesterday and they told me it was going to be done today Tuesday at a 2:30 pm it’s 4:00 and no one showed up! If I could give 0 stars I would. They charged me the fee but never went to clean up the portable toilet. What a waste of time!

You suck. I made an appointment for Monday, no one showed up, made an appointment for Wednesday, no one showed up. I called four times to make sure they will come to empty my septic tank, stayed home all day waiting and the office people said, yes they will come.But no one did. Dont waste your time with this wanna be business. Ridiculous.

Great company, great drivers, when I was in construction the techs were always professional and did a good job cleaning those bathrooms

I know that they employ a driver that will park outside of my mothers house in Piedmont for 30-60 minutes, allowing his truck to idle the entire time. The diesel fumes fill her bedroom. Hes not servicing any unit. Hes not working. He just sits idling, disturbing and polluting a quiet neighborhood. My mother called about this last week, and twice again today.

The company I work for has two units from United Site services, almost right next to each other. One is a holding tank that is always serviced on time every week. The other is a portable that I have called for 3 times already because it somehow gets skipped. As an HR manager, it is unsanitary for our employees to use the portable especially when it is filled almost to the top. We request to have service done weekly, and here we are again, toilet completely full and no service. Their service team is extremely helpful over the phone and always help me out in getting a truck to service the unit right away. The problem seems to be the actual drivers. Beyond frustrated and I cant believe we have to pay for a service that doesnt even happen on time or ever.
