I dont work from home and I still have to have nice clothes for the office.I was very pleased to find several very nice pieces at Plum this weekend - after wasting time at 4 other stores that only had casual and did not let me try anything on. Thank you Plum!

Great high end consignment shop! Beautiful things... Casual, formal, furs, career. Great bags and accessories. Fun place to shop and to consign. Clean out your closet and make money too. Wow!! Its so worth the trip.

I have been coming to Plum Consignment Boutique for years and have absolutely loved it. They always have great finds. I have brought in consignment as well, and made great money off of my items. The employees are super friendly and are always willing to help you find just what youre looking for. I plan to keep coming here in the years to come!

It is understandable that lot businesses closed abruptly due to corona lately and business owners never expected this to happen or planned anything ahead. However, this business owner must have stayed in contact with her customers so customers who have items at the store can retrieve their items. Executive order to close non essential businesses does not mean not communicate with your cutomers especialy when you are holding someone else’s valuables. The owner rarely responds to emails and email only when it is convenient for her. I had to hire an attorney to get my items back. Even when I finally got in touch with the owner, she replied something along the line “just try calling me at the shop tomorrow, I will be there tomorrow but I don’t know what time,” and never apologized for ignoring my multiple email requests that I wanted to pick up my consigned items. Even when things were normal, this shop never had any clear policy about consigning and all I got was a little business card with little note on the back. Then when I’d inquire about something, the owner’s rules that were never explained preciously applied. The owner’s modus operandi is very primitive . After you consign, its hard to get your items back and the owner is hard to reach. Consign at your own risk!

Very cute store. Neat and clean. Love to browse there. A bit pricey at times, though.

I recently started consigning and shopping here at plum. Its a cute store with so much to choose from and Maryann along with the other staff members have been such a great help. I recommend it to anyone I. The area !!

Please heed what this consignor wrote about Plum. I was taking her to small claims court before this pandemic but it wasn’t necessary because of the circumstances. The owner is unscrupulous and should never been in business to begin. What comes around goes around.

Just recently shopped in Plum and found some great bargains. The store had a large selection of clothing for the winter. The salespeople were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely go back again.

I have shopped at this store prior, never had a problem until recently.When I made a purchase. I did not notice there was quite an area of discoloration on the shoulders of a dress. When I brought it back to the store ,the clerk indicated its not their policy to refund. Well I cant wear it that way and would not have purchased it. This item belongs in a donation bin. Why would a store have it in their collection this way? So far I have been unable to reach the owner and the email on their website is incorrect.Most consignment shops operate much more professionally and would never allow the item to hit their floor. If a current website is on line then I would like to know how to get in touch with the owner.

My biggest regret is not finding this place along time ago..): I never write reviews but I had to it so everyone knows how amazing this shop is. It completely change my life forever! You will find a designer clothing that will make you look like a movie star without paying thousands$$. People always stop me and ask omg where do buy your Colthing!?? It’s so unique different and super stylish. The owner is truly beautiful inside out moreover not greedy at all!If you try on some thing and ask for her opinion she is so honest and will tell you if it looks great or not shes completely honest. Love love ❤️ this place and will as well!

Consigning here is very easy and I made lots of extra cash--always helpful and honest. Shopping here is wonderful as wel--everything is reasonably priced and they are always getting new items. Personal service is also great for those moments of indecision. Lol very well organized and beautiful ambiance. I highly recommend to all my friends.

Great selection and value . Moderate to better vendors with a sprinkling of upscale and couture labels. Buy them quickly as I have missed some great values!!

Consigned with them a couple of times, what a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They lost or accidentally donated a couple of my items after I couldnt have been more clear in saying that I wanted anything that didnt sell to be returned to me. They donate anything that isnt picked up within 60 days. Apparently making your appointment at the 60 day mark for a few days later gives them the right to donate your items. I think that this is a very poorly managed and disorganized business. The second time I went to pick up my items, there were a pair of shoes that they forgot to give me...I had to go find them myself on their shelf. I wound up selling them on POSHMARK very quickly and I didnt have to worry about anyone losing my items.... Consign at your own risk!

DO NOT CONSIGN HERE. Maryann has no idea how to run a business. She loses items and does not compensate her customers correctly. She shouldnt be in business.
