Canceled my service because they kept missing orders and now wont pick up leftover bottles after scheduling a pickup 3 separate times. As with everything Nestle touches, this service is a complete disgrace.

I am so disappointed with Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh by Nesle Water. I started in April and it is now July. I cancelled my water delivery due to the scheduled delivery date ALWAYS changing! I called and they told me that they are having difficulties with the heat ON THE EAST COAST (ummmm, why does that affect me on the WEST COAST???) and they will have it fixed very soon. I said okay. Well, between mid May and Mid July, my SCHEDULED delivery time changed 5 times!!!! I would set out my bottles only to have to bring them back in. The straw that broke the camels back was this: Scheduled time-July 20, CHANGED to July 21, Changed to July 22, Change to July 23rd only this time when I called, the message said delivery was subject to change! I called up and cancelled! My order was 5 bottles every 2 weeks! They lost a good customer! I would NOT recommend this company to friends or family. The water tasted great...when you could get it!!!!!

Terrible customer service - multiple missed deliveries - a shady company that make it nearly impossible to cancel and get the deposit back. Listen to the multiple reviews!Stay far away from using this company!!!
