Love these guys !!! Bring my Jeep down here all the time for maintenance or tire changes. Sammy and his crew are excellent. If you have a Jeep with big tires or any vehicle bring it down. Only shop in the area that can mount and balance 37” tires.

I only had one day off this week and only a half day at that. Tire tech was able to fit me for a tire rotation and alignment as well as check something out on the car for me that I was concerned about. Went to this place on a whim and was very happy I did!!! I had a slow leak in my tire and needed all new tires anyway. The owner took great care of me and was very helpful and personable. I don’t usually feel comfortable and trusting with mechanics but here I did. High recommended.

Went to Tire Tech as they were highly recommended on Tire Rack and had been trusted by multiple performance car owners for tire replacement. Tire Tech swapped out my summer low profile performance tires for all season tires low profile tires on my 21in rims on my tesla as well as road force balanced. Performance and vibration at high speeds after the service was excellent. They also took great care of my rims and tires.

I have never had something wrong go so right! I was in Mawah, N.J. for a wedding. We were touring the area in two cars, got lost and pulled into a parking lot. The passenger in the other car rolled down the window and said, You have a screw in your tire. Sure enough! We were able to drive back the short distance to the hotel. Called AAA, and they sent a truck that was from Tire Tech and Auto Repair Center in Oakland NJ. Sergio looked at the tire and knew what the situation called for. He felt the tire was going to need to be replaced. He suggested Firestone and PepBoys. A call found that neither had the tire in stock, nor would they repair it. Sergio said to call his boss in Oakland, New Jersey, hed suggest what to do. Soon we were off to Oakland to get the tire evaluated, to see if it could be repaired. We pulled in to an incredibly busy business. The owner looked at the tire and spoke with his tire tech, explaining that we were out of state and would need a repair to drive back to Pittsburgh. There was no hard sell to buy new tires! Rather politeness and courtesy was the special of the day! Josh, the tech, looked at the tire, said I can fix this, give me 30 minutes! Josh seemed to do his magic in less than 30, swapped tires, and reset the short distant spare into its place. We were outside, over 80 degrees and he did it all with a smile!The staff, Sergio, Josh were just terrific! We returned to the hotel, with plenty of time to get ready for the wedding and felt assured that wed have a safe trip home!Thank you all

After driving through a crazy thunderstorm with trees and branches everywhere, I ended up getting a flat tire. I went to this location knowing I would get the best care because Ive been here a few times and it is never short from excellent. The customer service is impeccable and the work is efficient and timely. The owner is a wonderful family business man and from the few times Ive been here I can see he also cares for his staff which speaks volumes in itself. I was on my lunch break and I did not spend more than 15 minutes waiting for my car. Seriously if you are in town or near the area this is the place for all your car needs.

Drove in off the street when a tire valve on a heavy conversion van started rapidly losing air., just before closing time. Tried just before at a larger tire shop just down the street but they refused service since it was just over 30 minutes to closing. Fortunately tire tech had no such issue fitting me in immediately, now even later, and even spent the time to thoroughly inspect the entire tire twice looking for the leak to confirm it was indeed the tire stem. With this kind of professionalism on a last minute minor job (but obviously very critical to me at that time!) for an out of towner just before closing, I can only imagine the attention they would give to more involved repairs.. They saved my day!

Tire Tech in Oakland knows how to treat customers right. I just finished up there with my Nissan Altima after getting a flat tire. There was a small hiccup with my order since I did not have the master key to take the tire lock bolt off, and they did everything they could to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Caught a flat on the way back to CT from Hersheypark. Tow (AAA) was there in 10 minutes & brought us back to the shop. Replaced new tire and back on the road home in under a half hour. When my two right tires blew out, I was ready to call out of work, anticipating tire availability and repairs for my AWD to take at least 24 hours. I arrived here at Tire Tech with my tow close to 5pm, the team took one look at my car, and was able to find me a deal on a set of tires to install right before their closing time today! I was on my way back south from doing a job in Connecticut and picked up a couple nails in my tire. They were pretty busy when I got there but when they found out I was still 800 miles from home they stopped what they were doing to fix my tire and get me back on the road. I had a phenomenal Tire Tech experience about a week or so ago. I came in with a specialized vehicle with unique tire size specifications and their team was able to accommodate me in a timely and efficient manner.

I broke down on I-287 in Wanaque and called AAA for a tow. The tow truck that came belonged to this repair shop. The tow truck driver was very efficient and pleasant. He drove me and my car to Tire Tech where I had the repair on my car done. They were great! Had my car done the same day at a reasonable price. These guys are A+.

Pleasantly surprised when Tire Tech and Auto showed up in response to my AAA call. I experienced the same high quality of service and professionalism roadside that I’ve received when bringing my vehicle in for service. Rusting made a simple spare tire switch into something I couldn’t do roadside - TTA showed up and had everything fixed and ready to drive again in under 15 mins.

Sam was really helpful and took the time to talk to me about what tires are best for my car and why. Everyone that worked there was very polite and professional. I will definitely go back the next time I need tires.

I have been to tire tech on numerous occasions. Sam and Jonathan are always very helpful, professional and courteous. They’ve done oil changes and replaced tires. Everything is always done extremely well. Today I called because the light come on for low tire pressure. I called and Sam said to come over. They checked my tires and put air in them very quickly. The 4.8 rating is definitely wrong and misleading. I gather it was written either by themselves or family. Beware of the shady employees. Not only are they scammers but they are over priced on everything from services to their products. Go here at your own risk.

Got a flat crossing from New York to NJ on I287. Was able to continue on run flats to their shop 6 mikes from getting the flat. They had the exact tires in stock (the flat tire was unrepairable). Friendly, professional service I had replaced tires on the car before so I knew the price was reasonable. Was out of there in 40 mins. Would have been faster but there was another flat tire repair ahead of me Definitely recommend.

I went and at first everything was done professionally. Asked them to do an alignment and check my car to see if there were any other issues to let me know. However no receipt was giving to me at the end of the service, because he wanted me to come the following day. Regardless of if I was coming the next day or not a receipt should’ve been stalled to the copy of my alignment. I went to another auto shop (to get my brakes done because this place wanted to charge $387 for front brakes only) and was told the right outer tire rod and lower control arm was bad had excessive play that alignment should have not been done before repairing suspension. So of course I was told some bs about the car being cleared in order to not get my refund. Once I made that called ask for my receipt again & I didn’t receive it until I called 6 times with in the time of Two days via email. I would like to add the rude comments the front desk people have. I am a young woman who finds it rude being called babe and love during a business call. I called to get a service & it’s unprofessional that some old employee is calling a client babe or love all because It’s a young woman. I too work in customer service and I don’t be ringing customers up calling or answering the phone calling them babe or love.

I couldn’t start my car after leaving the DMV today and called Tire Tech in a panic after googling the nearest auto repair shop. Jonathan answered the phone and was very kind and offered to help. Within a few minutes he came to our car with a portable battery jumper. I’m so grateful that he came so quickly, it was extremely hot and my son and I were not near our home. Jonathan was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tire Tech and will definitely call them next time I need tires or service even though it’s not nearby because their customer service is outstanding.
