SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL - I PAID FOR MY SONS CAR TO GET FIXED AND ITS BACK TO THE SAME PROBLEM. A WEEK LATE AS WELL SO UNPROFESSIONAL. DELIBERATELY OVERLOOKED OVER THE CARS PROBLEM NOW WE ARE DEALING WITH MUCH MORE PROBLEMS ON TOP OF WHAT WAS FIXED. SCAMMERS.

These guys are super helpful and very attentive! I called in and asked many questions regarding my vehicle oil maintenances and they were able to Support all of them, on top of that I didnt even go with their services because they recommended a different route to change my car oil at a cheaper price point. Best spot for mini repair

Overall Matts honesty here is what makes me a customer for life. Life got a bit too busy to work on my transmission leak so opted to take it to a shop - Matt gave an extremely fair quote and was completely honest about the breakdowns of each job and recommendations on things to be done just for peace of mind.

My 03 Mini Cooper s stopped turning over. Had it towed here. They trouble shot and found the problem, they only had the car for 5 days. Price was beyond reasonable. With a friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone with a mini. Beyond 5 stars.

They are very knowledgeable, fairly priced and timely. The owner and staff have always been friendly. It is not always easy to find a quality shop for Mini that is not a dealer.

Jacque has been an outstanding mechanic for my Mini. Ive been with Bay Bridge for going on 3 years now and I can comfortably call whenever I run into problems and Jacque is always willing to talk through my options instead of slapping a huge bill for repairs, as some places are known to do. Jason, who is energetic and hilarious, is managing more of the work and aspiring to take over the business as Jacque quietly fades back into the shop and I assume into a much needed retirement! I always know my car is in good hands here and am looking forward to keeping the business local in Oakland as Jacque passes the torch along to Jason. Keep up the good work, guys!

WOW! I was blown away at how AWESOME this place is and how genuinely friendly and really knowledgable & helpful these guys were ! I am not from this part of the bay area and I needed to drive another 3 hours or so to get home when my car broke down off the freeway through oakland. GREAT ! I thought to myself how will I get out of this one ?! So of course I go immediately to my Android Droid X smart phone to Google Maps,( The only ratings and reviews I ever trust and find to be accurate BTW) and pulled up many shops that could possibly assess my situation. MAN ! I am glad I picked these guys! I am never excited to go to an auto repair shop knowing very little about cars and feeling very intimidated in general, but immediately I was treated with the utmost concern and respect and I was so blown away by my experience here that it rectified all the other jerks I have come across fixing this STUPID old BMW of mine. THEY WERE VERY BUSY I SAW , BUT THEY MADE TIME FOR ME out of concern that I wasnt from the area and really needed help. They made me feel relieved and trust that I had made a great decision and whatever the news was would be factual an necessary. After looking at my car VERY thoroughly in a BREIF amount of time they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and that my prior mechanic had done things right and I couldnt blame him since the car had been recently fixed in a major engine way. MORE HONESTY. WOW.They gave me my odds on being able to drive it home in its condition after they made some minor adjustments and did a smoke test and I decided to risk it so they made me aware of all the possibilities. DANG I wish they lived by me !... I :) WOW I wish I could give them a hug !! I CANT BELIEVE YOU DONT MORE AMAZING REVIEWS !!! ( HEY GUYS I MADE IT HOME !!
