Excellent customer service. Lots of communication, and when things weren’t right they fixed it. No haggling, no problem. Walter & Manuel and their crew were honest and took care of me and my car. Joel called and was always prompt and communicative. Unfortunately it’s a rarity to get this amountOf good service and communication. These guys have it down.

Wow! My passenger car window got smashed and i was desperately looking for someone to fix my window ASAP! My call was picked up on the first ring and they were able to get my glass part shipped in less than a day! Super quick, nice, and they did an amazing job. I am truly impressed.

Oscar did excellent work on my nissan when my back window got broken into. I called and he arrived within 30 minutes at my apartment to fix the glass. I had a fantastic experience with On Time Auto Glass. It all started out with the not-so-fantastic experience of having my car get broken into on a Friday night (passenger door window smashed). After calling around to a bunch of different places, I found Joel at On Time and knew I had to go with them. He was able to beat the price of all the other businesses, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even gave me a tip on how to tape up the broken window for the night. I was able to get an appointment first-thing the following morning with Oscar. Like Joel, Oscar was wonderful. He arrived early (true to their name) and was warm and friendly, professional, and efficient. He fixed the window and vacuumed out all the glass -- my car looks cleaner than it has in months. :D He even swept the glass off the sidewalk.tl;dr: high quality & speedy service, super friendly professionals, highly recommended.

Called them on a Sunday and by Monday morning they came out to fix my rear window super fast service literally took about less than an hour to fix my window totally recommend them. Fast , cheap , great service

We were visiting from out of town, and had our van side window broken out in a burglary. They were able to come to our hotel within 24 hours of when I called them. Julio arrived on time and ready to go. He was very professional and meticulous. He didnt just do the minimum, he took extra steps (checked carefully that the broken glass was out of our door panel, vacuumed everything up inside and out). He was pleasant but most importantly he was expert, I could tell (I have experience here, I know skilled labor when I see it). The only reason I rate four stars rather than five has nothing to do with his work or the general experience, but simply that the after-market glass they had didnt quite have the exact curvature for the door, so as it closed at the very top the van door and molding had to catch the window to tuck it into place, rather than having it slide straight into place. I knew it was aftermarket glass (a few hundred dollars cheaper, and faster, usually worth it I think) so that isnt the concern. Im not sure who their provider is or if this issue is common, but its the only thing that could have been improved on. I would go to them again with confidence.

Jorge was great! I called at 9:30 on Monday, Presidents Day, and he was able to come to my house at 12:45pm to replace my windshield. He replaced it in an hour, and the price was reasonable.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the back window repair on my Toyota SUV! I called them moments after returning to my ruined car, and they came out SAME DAY, which was after 7pm in the evening, if you can believe it! All I had to do was open the car and they did all the work in about 40 minutes! They took my card as payment and I was good to go - I got a shower in while they were working on it! - Since having a car window repair service is a MUST in San Francisco, I will definitely trust in them again! I have had my friends at on time glass do my cars windows three or four times and they are always on time do a great job have a very competitive rate, and vacuum my car when they are done.I also had them do a huge plate glass window for my apartment and they did a great job and were very reasonable woth pricing and using the materials i requested.These are the glass guys you want!

10/10 Service! Had one of my windows smashed out while visiting some friends in Berkeley on a Friday night. My insurance company told me they were booked out for 5 weeks so I gave On Time a call and Joel came out early Saturday afternoon to replace the glass and get me back to San Jose. Really nice guy, he knows what hes doing, and hell get you back on the road!

Sadly, I park in the street and my car window has been broken twice. But what can you expect right? Street parking is a gamble In the hood. Luckily, after searching for the best prices, Joel was extremely professional and courteous, hes also willing to go to wherever your location may be, all at a great price. Twice, hes taken care of the problem. Id definitely recommend him for your window dilemmas.
