Purchased (2) Honda Ruckus scooters. Was a very easy transaction from deposit to delivery - took approx. 3 - 4 months (I believe). Bought a generator here, the same day everybody else was too. Still took the time, and got it prepped for me same day.Also, when I was looking for a snowblower gave me a good recondition where to buy, as they don’t sell them.

Honda World? Actually Honda recent world. Evidently they dont work on older bikes. Not sure where they draw the line to make that distinction but not impressed.

I was doing valve adjustments on my Suzuki DR650 and over-toqued the adjustment nut which in turn snapped the adjustment screw. I was desperate to find someone who’d stock that part (so there is no additional waiting for shipping).Matt went into the trouble of going back and checking the part availability personally. He took my order on a Saturday, and will be shipping it to me on Monday. Awesome customer service!

Im sure they do good work but my interaction wasnt great dont ask them to work on a older bike guess theyre to good for the older bikes not like I was looking for a rebuild just 2 tires and brakes .. with that I would not give them any business ever for anything

Took 2 weeks longer to do job then i was told it would take,then couldnt get a hold of anybody to see what was going on..not very friendly and tried to charge $300 more then quoted when i complained they knocked $200 off?? Was still more then any shop in area would charge..please trying another shop in the area and save yourself the hassle

My wife and I were on our way back to Ohio after a trip to Nova Scotia, when the valve stem on my wifes front tire let go (fortunately while stopped for gas). We were dead in the water without help. Finding the number for Honda Suzuki world in the phone book, I gave them a call. Even though it was near closing time, when he heard we were traveling he told me not to worry they would get me back on the road that day. I strapped the wheel to my bike and off I went. Upon arriving they dropped what they were doing and had the valve stem replaced in minutes. They even rechecked the balance. This is a great shop with excellent service, and the perfect example of why its so important to support the brick and mortar dealers. You may be able to save a few bucks on parts, but the internet wont help you when youre broke down on the road in need of service. Thanks guys!

These guys were recommended but I honestly cannot see why. As an Englishman travelling throughout all 50 states I am at the mercy of garages and I have been to quite a few needing tyres etc. Not only did they charge me easily 25% more than anywhere else in the USA the job wasnt performed to a high standard. The new tyres had incorrect pressures in them and as I was adding the required air outside the shop I noticed that the rear wheel had been fitted incorrectly. Since then I have been to quality garages and I can see that this is just a poor quality garage. Not that I will be returning due to the nature of my trip but my review is one that will hopefully put people off from using this expensive place.

Had a Gixxer breakdown as travelling from Ottawa Canada to Halifax. needed a new regulator. called this place...they quoted twice the price of a private garage (The Starting Line) and said the part would take 2 weeks to arrive. they had absolutely no interest in trying to help as I was travelling and couldnt wait 2 weeks. The other garage had the part in the next morning from New york and had it installed and the bike running the next day.....All that to say this Suzuki dealership knows nothing of customer service. Thanks for nothing Honda Suzuki World.

They wouldnt pass inspection on my motorcycle because my stock handlebars were too high. Again I will say stock handlebars. Stock handlebars on my motorcycle that came from the factory...
