I took my car there, unscheduled, because I was having issues with electronics going off without any notice. Mike thought at first that I may need a specialty electronics place look at it, and he gave me the name of a place to go to. Before I left he asked his boss to be sure (good teamwork), and then asked if I had any other issues, which at that exact moment I did because I couldnt even start my car which had never happened before. He then thought that I needed a new battery and changed it for more me while I waited even though I did not have an appointment. Mike was very nice and extremely helpful. Everything has been fine since then, and I am so relieved!

Do not search any further wondering where to take your vehicle. Im advising you to promptly visit this outstanding establishment. Such honesty, professionalism, prompt in getting your vehicle back to you. There is nothing like having peace of mind knowing your car is in fantastic hands. Truly, I give 10 starts.

Just went here for the second time with my 2004 Jalopy. Every time I think its the end they bring it back at a reasonable price. Same day. Easy getting in and out. Nice guys. Highly recommend.

Very honest mechanics and do great work at a fair price. They wont sell or push you on other things. They fix what needs to be fixed and are very prompt and courteous throughout the whole process. Also good on giving updates of whats going on with the repair. Highly recommend!

Started going to J&R on the recommendation of a friend. Ralph is the best. Honest and fair. Had an issue late night before a long drive. Left him a voicemail. First thing next morning, he had me on the lift, fixed and on my way. Cant recommend J&R enough. Lucky to have found this place.
