Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and patient explaining what I was looking for in a different varieties of the product which can be overwhelming for someone who knows very little about cars. Strongly recommend! and if you sign up in their system they give you a warranty on their products.

My friend visited me with a borrowed car, he told me to listen to the noise it was making. I said it was the power steering. I drove to Advance Auto but quickly grabbed the first power steering fluid I saw. Speaking with the attendant he said it was the wrong fluid and showed me that Honda has its own. Thrilled with my simple purchase I went outside but had to go back in the store because I couldnt find the area for the fluid. How sweet the other attendant was, he found it but needed a funnel and went back in the store. After this task was done I felt such relief and peace of mind for my friend. I would recommend this location because of their knowledge, services and just sheer kindness to take the time to assist me. It was a great experience.

If you change your store hours, fix them online.

I placed an online pickup order and when I got there it wasn’t ready and they had to go find everything I had purchased while I waited for 20 minutes. I could have done that myself...Then they said they didn’t have the products I ordered because “somebody stole it.” They couldn’t explain why they didn’t have inventory.

Very helpful. Had battery replaced. Pryor service went in for wheel well cover when all other competitors did not have it the advance auto representative was able order it and in three days I pick it up and on that day I had installed it. Thank you to both reps.

I got windows blades i had to put them on my self didnt feel like no one wanted to be bother or help me at the store.

There is a reason I always go here. Always good service and decent prices. One little hiccup with battery replacement once, but outside of that I have been happy with Advance Auto Parts!

Great customer service, had a battery installed during anow flurries... I believe the young man named Juan was so courteous.I went there after going to Auto Zone across from Taco Bell on Washington Ave & was told that they will NOT install because of the snowstorm.

I will only let them touch my car. It looks the same new car I drove off the lot back in 2014 and that is after 2 accidents. They do amazing work at Advance Auto Parts. Highly recommended!

I purchased an engine additive on Sat and paid 11.99 for it. I saw the same item for half price at another store. I attempted to return the item on Monday without a receipt but with the credit card used. Because the Same cashier did not ask me for my phone number the transaction was not listed .They offered me 1/2 price store credit but refused to look up transaction by my card. Shame on me for throwing the receipt out. Shame on them for overcharging me then trying to short change me.

They were so helpful and the prices were great.

Never have parts in stock some cashiers are rude and when i ask to put parts under my commercial account, i always get questioned like i need to show them id or sometimes they denied me like today. Im the owner of shop and i get denied to use my own account with the afternoon shift. This place not professional at all and not good for business.

Horrible they were closed by 7:45pm even though its states online they dont close till 9pm wouldnt let anyone to get what they needed.
