My name is Shelley wiec and i live at meadowbrook commons and there was a rite aid and i just want to tell you that the pharmacy workers were great and very helpful we are going to miss them hated to see them move

A good store

Staff is nice for the most part. The pharmacist was very rude to me. Granted, they were busy and Im sure she was stressed, but I didnt appreciate it. Other than that, the prices are high. You are better off going to Walmart or Buschs.

They need to have a drive thru pharmacy to be competitive with nearby Walgreens and CVS pharmacies. The store is long due for renovation.

Turned me down for tobacco because my drivers license expired yesterday ON MY BIRTHDAY!! The staff are racist!!! The manager just looked at me in disgust and didn’t say anything!! My boyfriend went to go buy it instead but I was so annoyed and rather spend a dollar ANYWHERE ELSE! If you are black, don’t go, they look at you funny. Gave me the hardest time! I turned 25 yesterday by the way. Racist old ladies! CVS OR WALGREENS IS BETTER!!!!!!

I was sold a heat pad that doesn’t work. I didn’t save the receipt so when I took it back I only got half my money back. They don’t send receipts by e-mail like CVS. Plus the staff treated me like Ali didn’t something wrong. Take your business to CVS!

They’re all really nice but sometimes a little loud with personal information

Wow - While shopping across town, I ran into this drug store for a quick item and was shocked at how nasty dirty it was. Dingy entranceway and crowded, narrow aisles. Is this really Novi, Michigan?? It didn’t feel like it. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that they didn’t have what I was looking for.

One of the worst rite aid to ever visit. The manager Angie does nothing but shrugs and rolls her eyes at every question you may have. The other staff does not know how to run their own systems and have no idea about how rite aid points work. They look helpless and uninterested waiting for another day of work to just pass by. I had so many problems and yet I had to finally contact the Rite Aid on Facebook to get the customer service that should have been there at the point of sale. Not to mention the many hours I had to spend to get through to someone who will listen or even care. ToysRUs went down because of the same customer service issue. Looks like this store is on its ride already.

Standard Rite aid, however didnt have items in stock that i needed go buy.
