I went in to get my glasses adjusted as I ordered them online. Jessica was super helpful in getting my glasses fitting well and recommended some things to watch out for when I order next time because of the power of my prescription. Because I have a high astigmatism my lenses get thick on the edges and she gave me a tip on what to look for for size and material. Helpful info and fast friendly service!

I had my first eye exam at the Northglenn location with Dr. Sanchez. The doctor was very nice and explained everything he was doing and was happy to answer any of my questions. Thestaff was very welcoming as well as helpfully educated on the newest lenses. In addition to this, the store had such beautiful frames!

Top quality service coming from people who understand the importance of vision.I originally called the Pearle Vision Broomfield office on my way home from an eye doctor appointment (see my review for Summit Vision Care) needing glasses immediately. I had a dramatic shift in vision and wanted to get it corrected as soon as possible. Esther picked up the phone and from the moment we started talking she was confident and on the ball. She had me text a picture of my RX to them and called me back five minutes later. In that phone call she assured me I would be taken care of, redirected me to the Northglenn office, and told me that Kristy would be calling me soon to get my insurance information.Sure enough I had Kristy call me a few minutes after her and she also talked to me with the same gentle confidence of Esther. She took all my insurance info and got everything prepped and ready to go. When I showed up ten minutes later she sat me down and we started to talk frames. I gave her a vague description of what I wanted that was filled with lots of, Like this, but not exactly like this... comments. Kristy was so spot on in her listening of me trying to describe what I was looking for that when I was done she instantly went, I know the pair and they are right behind you. She grabbed them and that was it, I was in love. 45 minutes later I came back to pick them up and am seeing better than I have in years.Thank you so much, Esther, Kristy, and Pearle Vision! I came in to have my glasses repaired a day before my family was leaving town and not only did Jessica fix them on the spot, due to her warmth, knowledge, and integrity, I ended up ordering a pricey new pair of glasses with all of the trimmings. My decision entirely, but thats never happened before.To top it off, when I picked them up, she had thoughtfully had my name engraved on the inside. Its a service the glasses maker offers when you buy a pair, but I had forgotten to ask her to do it. What a cool surprise! I am bringing in my husband so he can buy from Jessica too.

Today I broke my glasses and I needed a replacement today. I had the previous pair for almost 4 years. I called 5 other places to get an exam and new glasses and no one had any availability. I can not go without my glasses. They are an everyday necessity. I finally called Pearle Vision in Northglenn and they were able to get me in today for an exam and I was able to pick up my new glasses today!! This place is AWFUL. From the moment you walk in, you deal with the receptionists bad attitude…then you wait almost an hour for a 10 min eye appointment they rush you through, just so they can pass you off to their sales associate to sell you glasses. She kept mentioning all the designer brands, clearly only caring about her commission. It was obnoxious. Bought the same designer pair of glasses they were trying to push on me, from another place, with insurance for A LOT cheaper than here. Don’t fall for this place that only cares about squeezing you for money. I’ve been having yearly eye exams since I was 15 and this is by far the worst place I’ve been to. Never. Again.

Pearl Vision at the Northglenn store (Melody Drive) is fantastic!!!! I originally came in the store for my glasses with an incorrect prescription from my doctor. My glasses were made. At the time of picking up the glasses, I put them on and noticed things were blurry from a distance. The Sale Representatives, Noemi and Jessica were very nice and professional. They let me wear my new glasses and put on a couple of thin lenses with different powers. It was determined that I had a wrong prescription. Noemi and Jessica made an appointment for me to see an optometrist at the store. They contacted Esther (I believe the owner) and she was willing to make me a different pair of prescription and sun glasses at no additional costs. Great customer service! Best experience! Pearl Vision on 10669 Melody Drive is a great business!!!! The Sales Representative, Noemi, greeted me when I walked in and helped me right away. The hinge on my glasses broke and Pearl Vision fixed them quickly while I waited and didnt even charge a fee. They also cleaned my glasses and gave me a few Microfiber cloths. I would definitely recommend Pearl Vision at this location to anyone and I will be back for all my other vision needs.

Noemi was an absolute God send, my first time at Pearle Vision ever. She made me feel like she actually cared, and yes customer service representatives are supposed to make you feel like they care, but she was above and beyond what you would expect walking in to get new classes. Not only did I feel like I was taken care, I was taken care of, she did everything in her power to make sure I WALKED OUT with the glasses that I really wanted. The entire staff was phenomenal to be honest, the doctor was so efficient in my exam, corrected the issue and actually took the time to get it correct this time. RUDE STAFF, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife got glasses and a new prescription here a month or two ago. Today, when trying to call and find out how she can get her prescription, the woman who answered the phone, Jessica, was one of the rudest people we have ever spoken to on the phone. She immediately had an attitude with my wife right out of the gate, constantly talked down to her, and was just so impolite. WE WILL NEVER BUY GLASSES OR SEE ANY DOCTORS HERE AGAIN AND WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD NEVER COME HERE. Also, when my wife got her glasses for the first time here, there was also a lady that was rude to her then too, and Im willing to bet that it was Jessica. If this company has the ability to do it, pull the call that my wife made to her around 2:30pm MST 2/23/21 and see for yourself. UNACCEPTABLE.

Wonderful experience. When I showed up for my appointment it was double booked due to malfunctions with their online booking portal. Obviously a frustrating situation. The team at this location was so great. My appointment was at the end of the night but I didn’t have to wait long until they got me in. They were all so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and even stayed after to help me pick out the right frame without rush. The visit could have turn a completely different way but because of the staff at this location, it was great experience.

Dr Sanchez was great when it came to the exam and explaining what was wrong. The office staff however was despicable and rude at the fact we needed to look at the cheaper frames or go somewhere else. Made sure to make clear to the other customers in the waiting room that we were medicaid patients and that we accidentally had our debit card locked when attempting to make our $2 Co pay and made it clear that they would cover the $2 and we should leave the store right then. Never have I seen a family disrespected in a professional business. Will never be back, will turn away any friends and family and will be reaching out to your corporate contact.

I had to change vision doctors due to my insurance changing and honestly I think it was a blessing in disguise because I love the doctor and staff after one visit!! They got me in a early appointment because I lost my last pair of contacts and was resorting to acrylic polishing and different solvent techniques with no luck. Needs more experimenting on my end. Plus the lenses popped out of the glasses when you flicked them. Ester was cool too; top notch quality costumer service and affordable.

A few weeks ago my glasses broke and I didnt have a valid prescription for contacts. They was able to fit me in the next day where every where else was 3-5 days out. Doctor over prescribed both me and my wifes prescription. We had to both take our glasses back to have them redone, and they came out still too strong.Office is disorganized, they didnt put our data in correctly (like our birthdays), floor folks didnt believe us when we said the prescription was too strong.

I brought my ZERO G glasses in for adjusting. I bent them...oops. Anyway Kenny G. spent quite a bit of time straightening them. Now theyre like new. He did a great job! Plus no charge. I asked to pay for his time but no charge. BTW I did purchase these glasses from them. So customer service is pretty good. Thank you Kenny. Ill be back when Im ready for new glasses.

I have been going to this Pearle Vision location for about 4 years now and doctor Harris has always been the best eye doctor I have ever been too, but not very good service with the front employees until today. Kristi helped me order contacts and find the right glasses; she was absolutely amazing and I would 10/10 recommend her to friends because she was so professionally nice with helping me find the right glasses but also with helping me ship the contacts to my school address and trying different ways to pay. She made the process less stressful as it normally is.

I went for an eye exam and my wife went to exchange frames that were not working for her. The atmosphere of the store was so welcoming and the staff amazing. I went there to get my glasses and that girl Jessica is try to do as many upsales (hello I am sales consultant I know this) , manager pls retained this girl to be more customers service and not try to make her goal sale with one customer and if ps, and If I order it she said I was not allow to cancel so I just took my self to lense crafter where theres no pressure at all.

I was given my prescription & was shown some glasses but ended up leaving without ordering any. My Father in-law is a patient at this Pearle Vision and is beyond happy with the top quality service these wonderful professionals have to offer. He needed some bifocal lenses done within a very short time period, he was leaving town. Everywhere he went he was told this was impossible! Even 1hr optical!.We called, and Noemi said to come in and she would take care of us. With in 2 days he had the glasses on his face, no lie! They will go that extra mile for you. Noemi was pleasant and a true optician. She is very knowledgeable and will recommend what lenses TRUELY work for you. I have been coming to this office for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I have been through several doctors at this office as well and I am so glad that they have Dr. Harris. He has been the best by far. He genuinely cares and is extremely knowledgeable. Esther and Susan always help me every time I come in. Esther is AMAZING! She always knows who I am and remembers what frames I purchased a year ago, even if Im not wearing them. Susan is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions I may have. I have never been disappointed in Pearle Vision and I continue to refer people to them because I know they will be taken care of.

Changed this to a one star review because they not only lied about the timing were very misleading and price of the item with insurance is outrageous but they also didnt even add the sunglass feature to mine and I paid almost 300 with insurance this place is a rip off and complete scumbags dont go here you will not get what you want and get changed for what you dont. At this point I know I have a pair of glasses and dont think they are honest people but Im not going to go back there to ask them to fix it or add if it because frankly I dont trust this company anymore or the people that work here. if no stars was possible Id give it that. Dr. Harris and staff are amazing! I have had poor experiences with optometrists in the past due to my uncommon eye disorder. However, he worked with me and now my new contacts actually help tremendously! I also got a great pair of glasses that the front office were very helpful with. This has been by far the best experience I have had for vision care! Got some solid lenses and frames, Dr. Harris was incredibly professional and even gave me a book recommendation.I came from a different optometrist that gave me a less than stellar experience. To go from that to this team was night and day. My only hope is that I don’t have to move anytime soon because the service they provide will be incredibly hard to top!Thank you to Esther, Kristi and team for making this an easy shopping experience for me!

Very happy with my experience here. I had made calls to two other Vision Centers and the first impression over the phone for scheduling was not good. But here Susan was very helpful from the Start and very welcoming over the phone. I was able to get in the next day and leave with contacts and then my order came in within 3 business days! Dr. Sanchez was also great!

This place is hands down the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had. I had my eye exam and the doctor is VERY thorough! He is absolutely wonderful to work with! But let me move on to the store manager, Ester! I called to get my prescription faxed to Walmart so I could get a new pair of glasses because (believe it or not) someone stole my glasses I originally purchased from this Pearle Vision. Not only did she apologize even though it wasn’t her fault, she also gave me a new frame and FREE lenses (which my prescription is high so those are more expensive than frames) and only charged me 99.99 (the price of the frames) even though previously I couldn’t afford the insurance on them so she didn’t have to do that! She even was willing to have them ready for me in 2 days but 4 latest! This place is a little far for me since I’ve moved to Westminster but I will never get glasses from anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!!

I recently made a visit here, Never again. The man who greeted me was not interested in helping me & came off bothered by my questions. The lady with the whiskey voice was obnoxiously and loudly complaining about being stressed out by Covid-19 as she sprayed the work phone she was on with Lysol. This place lacks professionalism and is just a low -end experience. Their glasses were tired & outdated as well.

I am very happy that I went to PEARLE VISION! Had great help from Kristi and Noami, yes I probably butchered their names. What matters is that the customer service I received was excellent! The glasses I bought were perfect! I compared them to the glasses I bought at visionworks and these glasses I purchased at Pearle Vision well exceeded the quality. It’s crazy but there is a crisp when I look thru these glasses, I love them! If u are going to invest in some glasses make sure u go to Pearle Vision.

This was the 5th store we visited seeking the right pair of frames for my husband, daughter. When we walked in we were met by Ester, she sat us down and gave us information about choosing the right frame to see out of. Be prepared to be schooled and whatever time you spend with Ester is worth it, youll learn a lot. Ester and Noemi made us feel like we found our new home. My daughter has been helped by them so much and she was so comfortable! The kindness and true heart of caring is exuberant as soon as you walk through the door! My baby finally got the right pair of glasses that fit her face and wont hurt her and my husband decided to design his own pair of glasses. Just as a bonus, this place had people coming in and out the whole time we were there and they got the same attention we did. I am huge on customer service and this team delivers!

Outstanding service service and support! Though the optometrist office is not spacious, the room has all needed equipment and the doctor seemed very skilled and detailed. Esther (the eye-wear consultant) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled and offered unlimited support to my my family. Not cheap, but well worth the money. I shall use their services again... no question about it.

This is the one Pearl Vision you want to go, great up front staff. On sight tech shop, cool Doctor on sight. You won’t do better. Thanks again for your wonderful service.
