My mother in law paid in full for a headstone for her husband on 11/01/2020. We are fast approaching the one year anniversary and there is still no headstone. She has spoken several time to the company and it is still on order. I am not sure if this is true and I wish we had done more research before going with this store. My mother in law is devastated that there is still no headstone. Completely unprofessional. Steer clear of them.

I called multiple companies and none of them were very up-front as to the process and the time-table for delivery (which generally is delayed now, both because of materials backorder and because of other-related delays). Paul explained the entire process and also worked to get a realistic timetable for my needs. He also explained the process and the options that were available. Thank you.

Ive been dealing with Prestige since Aug 2016. Both of my parents had passed within 4 months of each other and I came to Prestige looking to add a headstone to my family plot. Due to Catholic cemetery restrictions, I had to either order a whole new headstone or add to the existing stone. I chose to add to the existing headstone. I paid the $500 deposit and was told that they would contact me with the sketches. I had to contact them within the next 2 months on the sketch. By October 2016, they had my $500 deposit as well as half of the entire headstone cost $4,746. Total $5,246 2 months after originally coming to Prestige. I was told they needed half the payment in order to order the stone necessary to complete the project. When I made that payment, they asked if it would be okay to remove the headstone and it not be in the cemetery during the holidays and I said that was fine it would only be one Christmas without the stone since 1963. I never heard back from Prestige. I called them in April 2017 to see what was happening with the headstone. I was told that with all the rain and the ground thawing, it was not removed from the cemetery yet. Come September 2017, I got a call saying the heirs to the plot had to sign off on the original sketches to alter the headstone. I got the paperwork and it was signed and notarized and returned to Prestige within 2 weeks. Again no phone call about an update and another winter goes by without anything being done. Spring 2018 i called to check about the status and still nothing. Then June 2018 i get a phone call saying they have the original headstone on property and need the final payment. I come to Prestige and drop off the check the same day $4,094. Total $9,340. I asked when I should expect the headstone to be complete and i was told August 2018. I called August 20, 2018 and was told the stone still wasnt ordered and that she would get back to me. I called again today November 14, 2018 at 10:08 am and was told they would look it up and call me back. Im still waiting for a call back at 12:05 pm. They have the entire cost of the headstone, the headstone itself and they are a stone company. I dont understand why I dont have my familys headstone after 2 plus years. What do I have to do to get this complete? I discourage everyone I know from using this company with any work they need done. Im going to have to consult a lawyer if this isnt completed by the end of 2018.

I can’t begin to thank Paul and Paula for their attention to detail and their compassion during the toughest time my family has experienced. The memorial for my father in law was amazing and their efforts to beat deadline was truly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for attention to detail.

We had our kitchen and bathroom counters done by Prestige and they look absolutely perfect! They walked us through every step and provided their suggestions based on what would look best for each room. I am so thrilled with the results and love the stones we used.

Prestige went above and beyond what I expected. I needed my kitchen completely redone and Paul took the time to explain all the different options. To be honest, I definitely comparison shopped a bit, and in the end, not only did Prestige provide the most value (for every single option/alternative I asked about), but they also explained the differences in stone (everything from durability to maintenance, etc.). Only when I was completely comfortable did I proceed—at no time did I feel rushed to make any decisions (anyone who has ever remodeled anything knows how pushy and annoying some providers are!). Installation, etc., was similarly professional. Thanks again!

My grandmother passed away in February. We are now approaching November and we still go visit an empty site. We call on a weekly basis and always get the same response, it is in production. It wasnt until I got firm and nasty that she decided to check the file and tell us a document was not signed (4 months ago) and when asked why were we not told this EVERY TIME we called, her response was I dont know what to tell you, maybe we just overlooked it. We have now received a notice from the cemetery asking us for a donation so my grandmothers tomb can be decorated for the holidays...with no tomb to decorate. This place is so unprofessional and they dont seem to realize that they deal with people who have lost someone. Dont make the mistake we made.

I purchased Cambria counters from Prestige this fall. Came just in time for the holidays and looked beautiful! Paul certainly went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them for flawless work and great customer service.

Initially, the response was prompt when they were trying to get my business. I paid the required deposit, back in March and after that, they just dropped off the face of the earth. I literally have to call every week for status updates to get the stone for my mother-in-laws grave. First they needed a waiver signed, which I signed and returned the next day. A week later, I called back and they claimed to never have received it. I forwarded the same email with attachment that was originally sent while I had them on the phone and they received it. Next, I was told that the only thing was to get a sketch from the vendor. That was 2 weeks ago. I havent heard back since. Every time I call they say they need to pull my file and will get back to me. If I dont call them, they wont do anything. 4 months later, and I am no where close to receiving the stone. Apparently they are very busy, which I can understand. However if you are that busy, stop taking new clients. Until you can handle the volume from your current clients, you shouldnt take on new ones. Its not fair to families who are looking for this final piece of closure.

I purchased a tombstone for my son who sadly passed in November. We paid them December and they said they would keep us updated that the tombstone would be ready when the weather permits. They did not once contact us instead kept telling us they will get back to us and never did. We understand it is a lengthy process but after 6 months of back and forth they finally began to do the tombstone. I don’t know what company tells their customers they will contact them back and never do. Yeah real professional. Wait there’s more...So before the tombstone was going to be made we agreed on a design. The word November was spelled Novembre and we did not catch this until the tombstone was finally done. We added a quote also and it’s in english so obviously it has to be english. So we call them back to tell them that they messed up it’s common sense how to spell they have one job. Instead they tell us that they thought because it was a custom tombstone that we wanted it in a different language. I don’t even know what language that is in because everything else is in english so thats just them making up bs. Instead of admitting their mistake as it was ours also for not noticing it was more their mistake they tell us that we will have to pay a fee to remove it from the cementary and $500 more to rewrite it. So thanks for this awesome work your company did in a time of grief you guys made the entire process worse thanks PAULA (this is the woman who did not contact us once ) . DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE UNPROFESSIONAL BUFFOONS TO ANYONE
