My parents and I visited the North Arlington location to have our newly purchased iPhone 12’s transferred to the 5G network since we were unable to do it ourselves. Herman was very helpful and patient helping us in which he also put the screen protectors on for us. Great experience at this location.

Horrible customer service. When I traded in my phone at this location they pushed for me to buy the case and the screen protector which I did since my last phone was a different model and the new one would fit in the old case. I it was told that the screen protector I bought would be free replacements for life with the insurance I had. I went there the first time it cracked and they couldnt find the insurance information for the screen protector so the girl spoke to the manager and the manager told her to replace it for me.I go there a couple of months later for another screen protector replacement and the person again ran into the same issue with trying to find my information for the insurance so she speaks to her manager for clarification. Manager tells her not to replace it and the person who did it the last time should of never done it and he wasnt authorizing the replacement.She proceed to explain to me that my insurance information is not listed in their 360 system and therefore she cant replace it. At this point im baffled because the person I traded my phone and explains that its free replacements and now im being told I cant get it because im not showing up in their system.At this point I got so fustrated and asked what can be done to fix this and she says it could be either a glitch in the system or it never carried over to 360 and proceeds to tell me I have to call Tmobile customer service to fix this.So I go there for customer service and now they tell me to call. Didnt even offer to help and call with me being there. Horrible experience. I called Tmobile and they are sending me the screen for me to replace since the store wasnt much help!!

I have been at the North Arlington location numerous times. The staff is always very knowledgeable and always get excellent service. The wait time is minimal and people there very pleasant. I give all of the employees there a rating of 6 out of five, as I always get exceptional customer service. Please keep up the good work!

By far the worst experience, and i am with TMobile for the past 18 years. Was looking to upgrade my phone, I selected the phone I wanted, and then the hassle began - in order to get this offerr you NEED to get the insurance; you NEED to change your plan; highly recommend buying the screen cover only FROM us ; and the deal breaker we do not have ANY documents to give you as a prove what deal you are getting. Thank you, but NOT thank you, I need to have things in writing before I commit to any deal.Shady outfit, to say at least!

I went to the store and one of the Agents didnt know anything. Every time I asking a question He will say I dont know, I dont know, I dont Know! I wanted to ask him, what He knew then. Really bad experience since I was going to purchase two phones for my parents as a gift and apparently for him everything was expensive and I couldnt afford it. I usually come to that store since I leave around the corner and I have an account with tmobile for over 15 years and it is my first time to see this agent there and to have a bad experience. He is young but since was almost the end of the day He commented wirh his friend he was tired and show no interest of selling anymore for the day like He had sell alot and didnt care anymore. Not good for the store.

Nice staff and nice location if they have the phone you need in stock. If you are tech oriented just do the activation and contact transfer yourself. google is your friend if you need to learn how to do this. Some of the tech information I got here was just wrong, not bad folks at all but they are there to sell phones, tech support is best left to the 1-800 number if you need support after the purchase. They are knowledgeable about the plans and service offerings.

Sales person was more interested in Commission than giving right information. Was told my new phone would be shipped and available in 2 days. When i called to check i was rudely told it wasnt there without explanation or any update as to when it would arrive. I called T Mobil and was told it had not shipped and should go out that day. i canceled. I will buy the phone from a place that treats me respectfully.

I am giving 5 stars because of the new manager. Previous manager and associate lied to my wife and sold her 2 Applewatches stating she would only pay taxes, snd no other charges. My wife and daughter asked a few times are you sure my bill will not change and they no changes on your monthly bill over and over. When we received the there was $100 increase and T-mobile wa no help. Thanks to Herman at the store we were able to return the watches, get the charges reversed.And she also charged her for a power bank which she never asked for nor received.Thank you again, Herman!

We came to this store to get a new phone, 2 iPhone watch and add another line at my boyfriend account. We waited there for almost 3 hours, they just do what they want to do, not even asking question or explaining us about the plan was. The staff who works here doesnt know what they are doing. We asked what the package of the plan and they gave us a wrong information, then we end up having a huge bill. Another thing, they will tell you that 2 items ( which are the iPhone case and screen protector arent on my bag after a week that I checked it) are free, but they will charge you.Like this people lie on your face to get sale. You all need to learn more what your job is.

Avoid at all costs!!! This location is full of sleazy con artists just trying to make a sale, they can care less about actually helping you with whatever problem you have. Their solution to everything is selling you a new phone. I came in because my cellular network stopped working a week ago, and I couldnt figure out why. I brought it to the store, he did some troubleshooting and came to the conclusion that internal antenna was broken and was caused by dropping by phone, which was a complete lie as youll soon find out why, but conveniently moved on to telling me how I can spend $280 and get an upgrade, it looked very suspicious so I told him Ill come back tommorow if the problem persists, but I went to another t mobile location, and within less than a minute the honest lady had told me that I had inadvertantly set wifi calling setting on only use wifi calling and just like that my phone was fixed. Something so simple, but the snake low life at the North Arlington was either incompetent or straight out lied to my face to make a dishonest sale. Despicable!! BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!

This store is bad the workers do not help unless they are making a sale its terrible ... The service isnt that good anyway so we switch to verizon we have a lot better service now. The workers here are always trying to get you to buy a new phone every time you go in there so like i went in there once to have them look at my phone before they looked at it they said You need a new phone. Its really bad there.

The worst service ive ever encounted i waited on line for 30.min and was not acknowledged af all it to then to be told they could not help me they ddid not try and call customer care or anything i will NEVER GO BAK TO THAT STORE a woman with dreads and a black man with a big beard were the t mobile representatives i needed to unlock my phone that i purchased with t mobile and had service with them for 10 years ! Recently changed to at&t but wanted to switch phones to a phone i purchased thru t mobile to achieve this you have to unlock the phone with a active service sim card so instead of helping me and using there sim card they told me to find some one with t mobile and ask them to use ur sim card ... they looked as if they could careleas if i walked out of the store a happy or disatified customer there manager should really check his employees customer service skills

Worst purchase of my life. The sellers are deceitful, unhelpful and have a bad attitude. The place didnt have air conditioning even though it was more than 90 degrees. They didnt set up my account the correct way and after I purchased the phone they send me to T-Mobile instead of fixing the problem themselves.. I had to comeback and force them to fix it.... and they still didnt have air conditioning.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
