This mask thing is a joke here. Guy jumps out and says you got to wear a mask to be in the store. Ok so I go back to the car and grab one. Come back here he is without a mask on with customers in the store. Ignoring customers and trying on hats. Hard Pass

Went in for a Custom made hat and Mishel did a fantastic job! She made sure I was happy with the design and helped me pick out the style and color. She had a whole store by herself on top of making the hats and still managed to provide excellent customer service. The final product came out better than expected! I went to different stores and this one was by far the best. 10/10 Will be back for more!

I always find unique hats here that I dont find in Wisconsin I know I can order online but I usually like to look at what Im purchasing

Salesperson Eva(530715) was very rude i waited in line with my family i step out for like 5sec i went back to my husband she lets him in only and tells me & the kids i wasnt on line because i step out.. i told her that fine then ill let other ppl go instead. That wasnt right as group family i step out for my kids and tell my husband ill be back didnt take long too and tell me i wasnt in line..

They have great hats but the sales associate was so rude makes you not even want to shop here.

Every time I go there is have a great experience. All the people that work there are very friendly and always in a good mood. I also like it because of how close it is to me..f I order a hat I always pick them up at this store a shopping is free. Go get a hat people SOX , CUBS , BULLS or BLACKHAWK .

Service was good, but the hat selection for like snapbacks was kind of lagging options in my opinion.
