I purchased a seated walker for $299 out of pocket. In 2 weeks, the brak E broke so I went in asked the repair man to order two. About 2 weeks out. I stopped by to see if the parts were in -- I was told that walker is discontinued and they cannot get parts.A $299 walker discontinued, I spoke with the manager who said they dont get notifications, justice car dealerships.WHAT. CAR DEALERSHIPS RECALL PARTS ALL THE TIME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A GREEDY STORE INTERESTED IN THEIR BOTTOM LINE AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I think its crazy that you have to have a prescription for a incentive spirometer esp when we suffering from COVID and have no insurance but this would help out.

This place is so unorganized and has no customer service. They are likely over worked personnel. I would recommend finding someone else to assist you with medical supplies.

People nice on phone, gave accurate information, remembered me when I got to the store. Nice all around. Expensive though. Paid $22.99. Available on Etsy for $11.99. Shipping cost? Would go back.

I had the most horrendous experience with the manager of this store. It is a pity that med emporium has chosen someone with such poor character and lack of compassion to represent the Med Emporium name. I am making this review after I gave myself some time to think through what happened to me with this manager because I know I was so emotional after the exchange but I still feel like this should be put into the open so others can see what they could potentially run into if doing business with this company. It was about 5:51 on a week night. So very close to closing time. My gps predicted I would arrive at 6:01. I fractured both femur bones not even a week ago and was let out of the hospital with just enough time to arrive right around 6pm. I knew they closed at that time so I called and spoke with the manager to see if it would be possible for me to purchase a bedside commode if I arrived at just after 6 like my gps said I would because I am disabled and right now have 2 broke legs and had no other way to go to the bathroom without the commode. The woman said she understood and when I asked if I could still purchase this item if I arrived before 6:03 (giving myself a small window of time in case there was traffic and red lights) she responded “yes ma’am”. I arrived at the med emporium door at exactly 6pm and saw the manager inside and began to knock on the door as it was locked. She saw me but did not answer the door so I tried calling the store 3 times and she would not answer. I sat there in my wheelchair for a few minutes before she came to the door to let herself out and lock the door. I confronted her about what happened and asked if I could have her managers name because I truly felt I was wronged and she promptlt starts barking that she was the manager and never said she would help me. That was a lie right to my face and I was already crying from the pain I was in due the fractures in my legs and now this. She did not offer any advice as to if there was any other store that would be open and carried bedside commodes. She just said she was the manager and would not help me. I don’t know how someone could do that to another person . It wasn’t that I showed up at six on the dot and the doors were already locked and it wasn’t that she ignored my calls because she saw me from outside. It was the fact that she told me she would do something and then did not and acted wth the littlest of integrity and then lied to me about it because she was too lazy to remain open even until 6:01 for someone who genuinely needed help.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Could have given me information over the phone and saved me a trip over there. They were rude on the phone and in person.
