Awesome first impression!! Lot was very clean, customer service was awesome. The gentleman that was helping me was very informative and was very knowledgeable.Not a lot of places I feel comfortable leaving my truck at like AT ALL, but this place felt secure and surfer friendly.So I’ll update when I get my truck back!Can’t waitNovember 15, 2018Got my truck back and all is well.Tim was my mechanic he seemed very very knowledgeable was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me as I don’t know much about diesels.The work is a little expensive but you know how it goes.Cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t Cheap!!

They might do good service, but do NOT depend on them to get parts. My Next-Day parts are now 5 days late. What I get for trying to support local business, I guess.

Smartest people ever

I had a throttle issue on my 12 Valve and these pinned to down to some bushings. Great people and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I traveled from the panhandle of Florida to Maryland to pick up a boat. After picking up the boat our 3500 Dodge Diesel it had lost all power/turbo left us doing max speed of 50mph. 15 hours from home and Friday before Memorial Day weekend. We called several shops but no one could fit us in... another local mechanic referred us to Industrial Diesel and said ask for Tim. Thank the good lord we did. This place fit us in and said they would do all they could to have us back on the road before they closed for the weekend. These guys are extremely professional but also expertise diesel mechanics! They had back on the road with in two hours and their prices were more than fair! We highly recommend them... Most trustworthy!
