In trying to figure out what is this, the staff is completely different in the morning than in the night I asked for bacon😂can someone tell me what is this, that is disgusting beyond means, and nasty

Would never recommend. Second time there and service was poor. I waited 25 mins for my order. People came in and got theirs and Im still waiting. So I simply put the ticket that I paid for on the counter and walked out. A complete waste of time.

I usually love Royal Farms but today might make me reconsider. I went to order an 8piece chicken for my family. I was told right away that they didnt have any drumsticks and it would be about a 10 minute wait. Boy was he way off!! I ended up finally getting my chicken and leaving after 2 batches of chicken came up and 45 minutes had gone by. Longest 10 mins of my life!! The only upside was that all of my food was nice and fresh!

I would give 0 stars if I could, theres so many issues with this particular store.... I dont know who trained them but. Theyve sold me spoiled wings twice, that should have been thrown away instead of being cooked. Their bathrooms are either out of service or disgusting. The coffee station is always Nasty and the female cashiers give you an attitude if you ask for anything from behind the register..... if it wasnt for their location Id never go here again and will be trying to avoid this place at all cost

I hate coming here I dont know why I keep doing it. They have no light roasted coffee, the one with the most caffeine, and whether or not they have any breakfast sandwiches ready in the morning is a giant Fing mystery. I cant just run in and leave quickly with any sort of reliability.

Back doors locked, All bathrooms locked. Its passed dawn no reason for them to be locked. Nobody behind registers needed help at check out and nobody came left after 10min

I had 853 points on my RoFo Rewards Card, which will now go to waste until I go to a RoFo thats not the location in Norfolk. Ever since the novelty of their chicken has worn off, it went downhill WAY too fast.Going to today on 6/15, I just need a meat to go with my sides. I punched in what I wanted on the kiosk, which was a spicy chicken tender wrap. When I arrived at checkout, it rang up as a sandwich. I brought it to the ladys attention, and she said I had to put in the right item, which I did. However, she argued with me saying I didnt. The wrap came out as a sandwich on the receipt. I had no time to argue with her and I tossed my ticket and left. I refuse to give my business to people who want to argue with me, especially when I know what I entered on a kiosk. And the lady needs an attitude check and needs to be retrained. I will not be going back to this location. Churchland treats me much better.

Employee not wearing mask while handling food. He had it around his chin. Also, they are not enforcing the mask policy for customers.

If I could give them no stars I would!!! I purchased a meal from this location around 6:00pm. The lobby was filled with customers waiting to order and/or waiting for food. I paid for my food around 6:07pm and waited in the chairs near the coffee area since that was the only place to sit or stand. At 6:52pm I still havent received my order so I approached the counter and asked a young lady with long gray wavy hair. When I asked her about the status of my order she laughed and said youre gonna have to wait now because we called you a long time ago I told her thank you but I ended up getting a refund because I waited almost an hour for my number to be called. She called 262 twice but not 226, the same as when she called 380 but meant 308. When she was calling numbers she either mixed up two of the digits or called a number at least 3 times. Im upset I wasted my time with this store, I love royal farms but I do not want to return to that location. She should not have laughed in my face, that was unprofessional.

Poor service location, from top to bottom. Received wrong food and called back to speak to a manager about the ordering process. Was told by the older white woman working the register that no manager was available and to come back later to have the sandwich replaced. I go back the next evening to have my sandwich replaced and the manager working was at the register. I explained to the manager (the younger, chubbier, white woman) what happened and she denied my story and refused to give me a replacement.

Went in today for their opening. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Their chicken is amazing. Definitely will be back!

Waited 30 mins for a chicken salad sandwich. The old grandma in there was beyond slow. The 3 people before me, she messed up all of their orders and was rude about it when confronted. I frequent this location. Ive never had a bad experience until today. I usually always get the same things. This new hire has a horrible attitude, I couldnt get away from her fast enough. Ended up telling her to cancel my food and just got my cigarettes. She has no business dealing with the public. Just no. It wont happen again though.

Good food. I never go in on a rush. And never when its certain people in there. Some employees are good and some are horrible. But fooe is good when fresh!

The chicken is the main attraction. The price is good, the gas is fairly cheap. The wait time for chicken around dinner time is a bit long but I have yet to be disappointed. The main draw back is the cluster of homeless that gather out side at the picnic tables. I have also been hassled by drunks out side as well.

Hello I came in there on Monday or Tuesday last week in the young lady name Sheree was so hopeful, she seen me having a hard time placing my order and she came to help me out, and she made my pull breast sandwich and it was sooo good. It was so good that I came in there today to get something else but this time I got a 2pc white meat, But the young lady Sheree was at the front and she help me check out, and she was very nice to me and had lots of patience. I will be coming back to get more food. The Whole Crew was nice to me.

My visits to Royal Farms are always enjoyable. Jessie at the Norfolk location was a great help and is very respectable. My only suggestion is just keep the chicken breast rolling/cooking. That wait time was serious! Lol

Too many bums at the front door cant even walk inside without being hit up for change and having cigarette/cheap cigar stench all over you,the tables/umbrellas, on the few times I stopped in are occupied by people waiting for the bus sometimes sleeping,drinking and always smoking,the HRT bus stop is right in front of the store,and there is also a mens and womens shelter a couple hundred yards away so this place truly attracts some unsavory characters,not the type of place I would want my mom,sisters, daughter,or neices going by themselves. The staff reflects the stores locale,but at least they are working. One of the nicest looking corner ghetto stores ever.

Customer service is terrible! I love Royal farm but I will never visit this location again! I was treated very badly by a woman who claimed to be the manager, when I asked her name she walked away! This Royal Farm is a bad look for the whole company.

Went for lunch today. Deli ladies were obnoxious. Skipped my order to fill someone elses and then told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for chicken. Sarcastic and rude. Where was the manager during lunch? They should never run out of chicken between 11 and 2. Poorly managed and incompetent staff

I purchased the 8pc chicken dark order #953 and my transaction #6955. My chicken was not all the way cooked/done. I called the store around 12:43p and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I have yet to receive a call back...I even called the 800# no call back...I sent a couple of emails afterwards...still no reply! This is not good customer service at all!!! It is now The end of February!!!

Customer service is definitely a little lacking. However the food is actually really great! I got a three piece chicken finger meal, the meat was juicy and the bread was underseasoned but nice and crunchy. The roll it came with is a standard dinner roll but the mashed potatoes and gravy are great. I also got a scrapple breakfast sandwich and it was amazing! Ill definitely be going back to satisfy the scrapple cravings I get

Waited almost an hour for 10 tenders, only recieved them because after 45 minutes we walked up to them and asked why they were taking so long. Finally got them and they were cold. Staff was rude asked for extra fries for my wait she said no I gave u extra dipping sauce. Extra dipping sauce for my cold chicken! Customer service is not good! Employees were arguing with each other and one guy had to be sent home. I think that is when my order somehow got lost in the shuffle. Perhaps you need a better system that alerts staff when an order has been skipped over. Probably will not be back.

If you value your time and sanity run like hell in the other direction!!! They kept me waiting for over an hour for an 8 peice chicken and I watched the manager have an argument with a customer who was frustrated after waiting for over an hour! Just awful customer service! The girls who work here were clearly Agitated and angry! My first and last visit, I will not be returning! I dont know how other Royals farms operate but this one.... Just throw the whole thing away! Im looking at the bottom reviews where I see people have given them five stars but the stars were given over two months ago and that was before this store wasnt even open yet so I know thats BS!

I would like to say that it’s very clean and it looks amazing in there however the deli was moving extremely slow for it to be a morning rush . I understand it’s a new store and they are just Opening but there was no sense of urgency from the deli staff what so ever I was late for work and had to get a refund , I ordered a plain sandwich and wedges I got the wedges they were disgusting and I was waiting forever for a tiny turkey and cheese sandwich that took forever so I had to get a refund .other then that great location and I hope the staff picks up there speed moving forward !

The chicken was good to me but my husband said it was salty. The only thing that disturbed me is was when standing around waiting for the chicken to be cooked this employee an older lady was behind the counter touching the cooked chicken breast then she left the area went ober picked up a blue hand cart, boxes, and other items while having on gloves. So with the same.gloves that she just touched all these non food items she does back and touched the chicken again. At this time I was the.only person standing there who was disgusted enough to tell her to change the gloves. I should have complained to the manager about her contaminating the chicken breast. This is unacceptable when handling food she is too old and she should know better. I am not sure if I would go back if the employees are going to be unclean like this. Hell gloves are provided to them for free...use them and change them often as needed.

I got gas here the other night use the pump outside to pay and within 4 hours someone had got my card information and use it at 2 different locations and 164. Call to inform them and the girl like like oh ok and thats its.. smh horrible service
