I originally ordered a wedding dress from Etsy that was supposed to be coming from Australia, but at the last minute they informed me that my dress was lost in the mail due to COVID. I frantically started searching for another dress, only to find a dress that looked almost exactly the same from Ellaz Bridal! I messaged them and Mary got back to me almost immediately. I explained my situation and she told me she would be able to custom make the same dress in time for my wedding. And I was even able to customize the exact color of the dress! God blessed me with this wonder woman! I called Mrs. Mary early August in tears and let her know that I was getting married in October and needed a plus size long sleeve(lace) bridal gown. Unfortunately no other place from NY to VA had the dress I was looking for available. (I waited too long) She made me an appointment the following week since I was coming from NY to VA to visit family. She sat with me and listened to my vision and not only did she bring my dream dress to life but she was so helpful and such an amazing blessing along the way. My family came in with me to help me choose a style dress. I was nervous because I couldnt try on a dress (plus size) but everything I envisioned and explained she was able to do. A long sleeve, lace, A line, back out bridal dress with bling. She was so helpful!!! She blessed my family and I so much. She gave me 20% off my jewlery each one of my family members a piece of jewelry to wear to my wedding(as a bridal gift). And a huge discount off of my dress. But that wasnt even the best part. She kept in contact with me the whole time because I was so worried about the time frame of my dress being done. Found the dress for my wedding of my dreams. Im about to turn 50! Im no spring chicken so this was important to be right. The dress was worth way more than I paid. Beautiful flowing mermaid dress that showed off bussom and hips with lots of sex appeal for any age! I want to say this is the place to get you dress! The owner is the nicest most respectable shop owner around. I want to thank her for her undivided time with me and attention to detail on my dress. I came into Ellaz Bridal Boutique with only 87 days left until my big day which is the 15th of June I showed Ella a picture of a dress I was absolutely in love with but could not afford she assured me she could make the dress and for more than half off than the other boutique offered. Dress was made quickly for the time given but dress was too tight in the arms and didn’t cover shoulders all the way. Said there was nothing they could do about it. She claimed my measurements were right and it was due to the fabric of the dress. But if she’s the seamstress she should’ve know to add extra inches.

Every time Ive tried to visit, their door doesnt open; I feel like Im in danger just based on location; and my car takes a beating trying to park on that sudden incline. If they are still in business, let me know. If theyve moved, 10x better. Ill be more likely to visit.
