I love the service here. The technicians clearly informed me after diagnosing the issue with my car. The new battery was installed quickly! They were very friendly and accommodating. I will only go there from now on!!

I dont do many reviews but I feel the need to leave one here. I asked them to fix a squeaky belt.... got it back and it squeaked even worse, Bob was the mechanic that did the work on the belt issue. They ended up charging me well over their initial estimate for all the work I had done, even when I told them not to work on some of the issues so as to cut down on the cost. So they did less work than I asked for in the initial estimate, and still charged more than they estimated in the beginning. I understand they can charge what they want for labor but I would expect every issue I paid for to be resolved... not worse. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are just getting very basic maintenance done and don’t mind a paying a bit more than usual shops.

They are great the staff is courteous and friendly. The mechanics are professional and very knowledgeable. They do great work on my truck and they are cost friendly.

Thanks to the mechanics at Bayview! They were very helpful, informative, and accommodating to my schedule (no charges for having to pick the car up at a later date).Despite their efforts, my problem was beyond their ability to diagnose* , so they documented what they found, put everything back in working order, directed me to a specialist/dealership, and only charged me $30** for their time and materials. The diagnosis was automatically free since they couldnt determine the exact problem. Oh, and the Military discount was nice!*Not the first to do so. I had already gone to Bingos Tire and Auto (not recommended, foolishly went to the closest repair shop at the time ) who not only misdiagnosed it as the battery (replaced battery, battery light immediately came back in, so out another unnecessary $90 for the battery), but charged me $92 for it.** Much better than Bingos $92.

Great and honest auto repair shop. They fixed my sons vehicle after being taken advantage of from a local dealership ( Sharpest Rides Auto Center in Norfolk Virginia ) Josh and Sharon helped us through this unpleasant experience . They were able to make the repairs and get my son back on the road. They offer a military discount as well. Highly recommend 👌

So I just wanted to add to the chorus of excellent reviews here.My wife and I always dread taking our cars in for inspection since all too many mechanics try to find something wrong to pad their bottom line and even even the ones that dont put it at the bottom of the pile and pretty much take all day to do it. But these guys are square. I took my wifes car in this morning and they had it done within an hour and didnt try any of the shenanigans some other places around here have. Ill definitely be going back.

There was a miscommunication btwn the cashier and the technician about my car. Ugh.Long story short, the owner fixed the issue without hesitation. I am so glad she was there to fix the problem asap. Overall, Outstanding customer service.

Great staff helpful mechanics i am handicapped bad days difficult to get in and out they filled my gas tank for me awesome.

I made an appointment for my car service , and the day scheduled I was there waiting for the service. However the replay was “I don’t know who you are, the guy that scheduled an appointment with you is on leave , I’m sorry I can’t “....... they absolutely didnt try to fix the issue! ….this is how serious is this place , please stay away from them
