They charged me 160 bucks for a diagnostuc check and then could not fix my car!! That should have been free if they cant fix the problem, i am so mad. Then they say i need my catalytic converter fixed when Big Al s. said no i didnt! And they are the ones who recommended them . To pay for anything when they Didnt fix anything because they couldnt was unbelievable and it never should have happened! when your car cannot be fixed by a mechanic at their shop they should not charge you For diagnostic check to tell me what needs to be fixed and they cant do it. Take your vehicle somewhere else!!!!

I love these guys. They are always polite & friendly. They do get you in & out as quickly as possible but above all & most importantly they are honest ! Things are hard enough without someone jacking up the price of your auto repair. Being honest is what will keep people coming back kudos to them. 😊

The staff was pretty cool value is great. But my problem was I was told my tire pressure sensing value was rusted and had to be replaced When I took it there to get 2 tires replaced. On the receipt it states. Our policy is to show you all the worn and/or replaced parts with a full explanation of services rendered. I thought the piece would be in the car but it wasnt. I was never shown the tire pressure valve. It was working before I took the car there. They offered to replace it for $125.00 dollars. Really? ONE tire pressure valve? Its just a speculation but I believe it was broken when one of the mechanics took the tire off. I was in a rush and didnt have time to debate the situation because I know I can replace the valve myself for 20 bucks. Also the valve disposition was not printed on the receipt. They just replaced it with a regular valve (valve without a tire pressure sensor) I dont really want this to serve as a negative warning because it my have been an oversight. But if you need something replaced it might be in your best interest to ask for the worn/damaged piece when you depart the store.

They’re quick and reasonable priced. But they will scratch your wheels, I should have gotten a plug instead of a patch to avoid the rims getting scratched. But my first plug from them, came out within a few days. Stay away if you value your wheels appearance. Never again. It’s so easy to do it correctly, might I suggest YouTube as a training tool!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The guys running the front desk had me in and out. I came in to replace a flat with a new tire but had questions about buyiy a whole new set. They answered all of my questions and presented me with options related to what I wanted. I was able to walk out the door with a new set of MTs and didnt feel like I got ripped off!!

I went to get my tire plugged, if it could be. I saw they were busy but everyone was professional being able to fit me in and letting me know it was a bit of a wait which I was fine with. I appreciate it when a business can tell me straight up that either it can or cant be done without looking stressed about it. The tire was plugged and is doing great (actually thought it may have to be replaced but nope). They were very nice and the price was great, I will be coming back from future services.

My go-to for anything Tire and wheel related, I always bring my Charger in for a few things and these guys always take care of me whenever I swing by whether it be to throw a new set of tires on or to swap out my wheels for a new look, and the prices are really reasonable. Even when a minor problem occurs, they never hesitated to fix the problem, which is the reason I’ll continue to come back and give them my business. I definitely recommend dropping by instead of heading to places like NTB tire or those chain quick shops if you want fast and true service. Thanks guys keep it up!

I understand mistakes if it’s something you don’t repair normally but mismatched tire sizes??! Your shop is called Tire City. I now have two different sizes on a $40 grand sedan. This is not good.

The best place I’ve every paid for tires!! I couldn’t believe how little I paid for the 2 back tires I needed. I stopped in due to a sudden flat tire. It was a used tire at discount but the tread was still very good. if it was cleaned and shined I could swear it was new. was in and out in 15 mins. very nice staff. they even warned me my car has an open recall and explained the part to me.

Ive been here 3 times, tomorrow will make 4 for a belt replacement, and ALL 3 times Ive had nothing but FAST and superb service at VERY affordable prices. The first time I was able to get a used tire for my previous SUV for about 35 bucks, which was ridiculously cheap since the cheapest new tires I could find were over a hundred bucks more. The second time, which was about 3 months ago, I had two new tires (which I purchased online) installed for 20 bucks each and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and still have them on my car and have had no issues at all since. The third time which was last month, I had my front brakes (which I also purchased myself) installed, which took less than 45 minutes from the time I arrived and only cost 60 bucks. As I said previously, tomorrow Ill be going in for a serpentine belt change, which I was also only quoted only 60 bucks. Now the only small problem Ive had is that when I had my front brakes changed the guy who installed them laid one of my hubcaps facing down and scratched it up pretty good. However, I didnt really think it was that big of a deal, especially given the really good and honest work and great competitive prices Ive received from them thus far. I should also mention, both of the gentleman at the front desk who helped and greeted me when I first came in were very professional and cool. I forgot their names, but one of them had a beard...Ill try to find out their names tomorrow and will come back and edit this review to include them. But all in all, this is exactly the kind of place that will do well because they are consistent, professional, they do great work, and have very good prices!

Tire City is my new go-to tire place for our familys vehicles. I was a Cider Tire regular for over 10 years! But their prices kept going up and up. One day about a year ago, I had a blowout literally a block from Tire City and was in a rush to get to work. I limped up to their garage and they took care of it quick enough that I wasnt late, plus their price shocked me at almost 10 bucks LESS than Cider Tire, plus the price included tax, and they didnt try to charge a old-tire recycle fee nonsense. And the folks I dealt with there were really cool guys.....good initiative .....

Professional fast and courteous service. Our vehicle broke down just outside of I 64 East outside of Hampton Virginia. This happened at 1:00 in the morning in area with which were not familiar geographically. We were towed to Tire City in Hampton VA, based upon the suggestion of the AAA driver who towed our vehicle.We stayed in their parking lot overnight until they opened at 8 am. Even though they had tons of other appointments, they fit us in and didnt overdo it on the repair.They got us diagnosed, the part ordered, and delivered, and back on our way in under 2 hours. They moved quickly and didnt suggest needless work and saved us some money in the long run.Very professional and would recommend them for any repair youd have tire related or emergency related. They dont do diesel truck anything. Didnt even stop by. But they have fixed my work van brakes before and they were timely, Professional, and affordable. Just gotta diesel truck I am sad to say I have no more business for these guys but I hope this review helps.

I had a vibration under the gas and brake pedal that 5 other mechanics couldn’t figure out, at least not correctly. Other mechanics told me it was the engine mount, tires, wheel etc. it was neither! I live out of town but go to VA often enough to save my tire issues specifically for you guys. Ive been in a few times and every single time I go everyone is super friendly and polite. The prices are great, hence why I drive from MD to get my tires checked out. Last time I came in they were very up front with me about needing a new wheelbareing and offered to do that for me since I was already getting new tires. I highly recommend you all and dont plan on going anywhere else for tires.

UPDATE August 2020: I had to update this review. Weve come here several times since my original review. This shop is still the best Ive ever been by far. They are always fast, professional, and MORE than fair with their pricing. Case in point, I brought a mounted to here today that wouldnt hold air, turns out the valve stem failed. The guys replaced the valve stem for free, and I wasnt there more than ten minutes. This shop is not about just trying to get your money, they seem to care about taking care of customers. If only every business was like this.Original review: My wife had a tire fail on her Honda Civic on Sunday, it would not hold air at all, the inner side wall was ripped. We got a spare donut put on but really wanted to get the tire replaced asap. Her tires go for about $100/ea. new, but weve had good experience getting used tires in the past and really needed to save money. Tire City came up as the only place in the area that was open Sundays. I called and spoke to Bryan who was friendly and professional. After a brief hold he confirmed they had used tires in our size in stock. We got there and the parking lot was packed, I was worried we would be waiting a while but they got our car into a bay within minutes. They had a lot of guys working, and were very fast. We got a new looking tire installed in less than 30 mins, for only $40. They also fixed an issue we had with the bolt that holds the spare down, and adjusted the air pressure on the other tires, free of charge. Just as importantly, every person that we spoke to there was friendly, courteous, and professional, which is rare at any mechanic shop. We highly recommend this place to anyone and will only come here for tires from now on.

We had an emergency on the freeway where our tire blew. We were taken by a tow truck to the nearest tire repair store (here) and we could not have been luckier to have ended up where we did! Manager and workers are fantastic, they replaced our two back tires and we were literally in and out with our car fixed in less than 30 minutes. We got two used tires (it was difficult to find tires for our car AT ALL) for just $80. We had the option to buy two new tires for $220 total, and it would have taken just 30 minutes to come from their warehouse.We will be returning in the future because our experience could not have been better.
